The representative Alex White, listened to my needs and provided the best information available to meet those needs . I receive numerous calls daily regarding Medicare updates that I respond "not interested" because I am confident that I have the BEST .

Donna asked how I was before starting the call. And I says confused and frustrated. And she responded accordingly -- carefully, slowly, and clearly walking me through the process.

Ebone Jackson.... she was honest and sincere... took time to read to me all of the details...She showed me how I could get more care for the money I am spending... I only have Social Security for income... it is not easy to live on this small amount of $.
