I had the pleasure of speaking to Tatyana Hoover yesterday 8/28,n not only was she pleasant but truly knew her job. She had explained in detail my benefits n also told me how to save money with just adding a written dental to my already existing policy. I am a senior citizen n didn't even know about this. Miss Hoover took the time n explained n then asked me if when I up my plan from a hmo to a ppo if the representative explained things to me, n I said no,but I sure do appreciate you explaining it. I would highly recommend Tatyana Hoover to anyone whether it be to get insurance or to ask about their policy, like I told Tatyana I put you on a petistole n I can't thank her enough, when she had to end our conversation she said she would call me back within an hour give or take n she did ,I never met a representative or an agent that said they would do something n follow thru, Tatyana did n I truly don't think I have enough words to describe her except that TATYANA HOOVER IS THE BEST AGENT I HAVE EVER MET.
