From the initial booking process, everything was simple and fairly priced. I was a little apprehensive at first, as the booking is completed through a straightforward questionnaire where you select your options, receive a quote, and then pay in full upfront. However, from that point onwards, Alex arranged everything and kept us informed, including notifying us a few days before the move with the driver’s details and vehicle registration.

Our driver, Aleksander, was excellent. He spoke perfect English, was very friendly, helped us load everything, and took great care to ensure all of our items were secure and handled carefully.

Aleksander communicated regularly during the journey to keep us updated with the estimated arrival time. Due to unforeseen weather conditions that caused a delay with a ferry crossing, Easy Move Europe remained flexible and reliable, and the delivery still reached its final destination safely.

I would definitely recommend this company and would happily use them again in the future.

Easy Move Europe have been superb. I contacted them on a Wednesday, about a shipment I needed from the UK to France. The same day Alex came back with all the details I needed to know and how to proceed. The goods were picked up on the Friday morning and in France on the weekend. He kept in touch throughout by e mail and telephone and always answered any queries fully. All customs matters were handled efficiently. Their service is transparent, speedy, and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, or to use them again. Thank you Alex!

Very satisfactory service, despite initial delays due to a previous client failing to accept his delivery on time. Easymove kept me informed of the situation and promptly provided an alternative van. The driver was delightful to deal with at both ends of 3,200 km haul though 5 countries done in 3 days. In addition, the price was very reasonable.
I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

Seemed like a legit company which we would need for our move. Unfortunately, filling out the form to receive an offer automatically leads to the request to make a payment. The answer when we receive when we contacted them sounds like a AI-generated message in different font styles.

From start to finish the support was fantastic. All queries were answered promptly. The van arrived ahead of time but there was no rush to begin loading. The driver assisted with everything and was very polite. Once loaded everything was checked to be sure we were happy. The van then arrived ahead of time in Denmark and assisted with the off loading again without issue.
Every step was true to the advertisement and it was honestly a very efficient and smooth process. I highly recommend Easy Move Europe.
