Подала заявку на открытие киргизской карты, все оплатила. Оформила доверенность у нотариуса, отправила курьерской службой. Несколько недель изготавливали карту (или делали вид). Несколько недель отправляли карту (или делали вид). В итоге, написали, что карту отправить не могут. Осталась без карты перед отпуском, потратила кучу времени и денег. Средства за оформление доверенности и пересылку доверенности (более 5000р) никто не компенсировал.
Не советую!

I applied for a foreign card here to pay for advertising accounts and service subscriptions. The application process was clear, and they explained everything step by step. The card linked to Apple Pay without any problems, and now I feel confident traveling abroad. The only issue was that the card took a little longer to arrive by mail than originally promised. But everything works reliably and support was very helpful with activating the app.

Обратился в компанию, за выпуском карты viza KZ , сразу скажу не сильно разбираюсь но мне вроде как все рассказали по возможным вариантам, после выбора и оплаты услуги поддержка начала долго отвечать и высплыли все подводные камни в инструкции которую они высылают по оформлению ( именно после оплаты ), будьте готовы что при выборе именно viza KZ вам нужно будет открыть карту цифра банка для пополнения с комиссией в 500 рублей за транзакцию, далее вы пополняете приложение которое конвертирует валюту , с него вы пересылаете деньги на инвесторский ( брокерский счет ) , далее с него только пополняете карту , в обратном порядке деньги вывести невозможно + ваши 100$ не снижаемого баланса после закрытия вывести не выйдет и потратить тоже, ГЛАВНОЕ все это вы узнаете только после оплаты услуги но ни как не до. Все это сопровождалось ответами по 1 дню и неверным открытием счета и его дальнейшим переоткрытием. После я обратился с помощью о возврате дс за услугу так как меня не известили о всем этом до приобретения , тут я очень быстро был послан так как смс которую они высылают это и есть услуга ( там ссылка на скачивание приложения ), даже пытался предложить выпустить другую понятную карту которая дороже за вычетом оплаты за эту карту на что получил скидку 5% , так что подумайте 10 раз прежде чем обращаться или подготовьте множество вопросов и наберитесь терпения так как ждать ответа придется долго, позвонить им кстати нельзя! Номер который указан ни кто не берет сутками.

I settled on the best one (the cost is the same as with the previous bank), without travel, for a long term, maximum privileges. A couple of days later I installed the application (using a domestic phone number), saw that the card had been issued... On Friday, I had the card. I received full access in the application, paid for the first half of the service...
That's all. During the entire registration period, the service support worked, thanks to the better half of humanity!

Avoid this platform at all costs. It’s a scam! I lost some amount of money here, and the people running it are nothing but deceitful scammers and swindlers. Fortunately, I managed to get my money back with the help I found through my profile picture. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this fraudulent scheme!
