this was my second try ordering from Easy to Grow. the first order was never sent. This year I ordered and 2 months later I'd received only 1 item. Since it was late for my planting season I cancelled and received less than a full refund. No answer on phone number for a couple of days. Chat took forever. Person seemed nice but I will never buy from this company again.

Ordered 4 different Elephant ear Bulbs that were of the large variety. The Mojito “bulb” that was sent was 1/2” x 1/4” in size with a tiny leaf sprouted from it and the stem was bent and almost broken. We usually buy large elephant ear bulbs from Home Depot but thought we would try to order from a bulb company for better variety and quality. That was a BIG MISTAKE! What we received was unbelievably small to minuscule bulbs. I reached out to the company for a refund of the Mojito bulb and have not received a reply. I WASTED $65 hard earned dollars. I will NEVER ORDER from this company again.

Why send bulbs that are totally past the season to plant? And I do not have room to store. On yesterday, April 28th I received an order for bulbs that was placed December 17th order #346600/2293072 for Gladiolus 'Artistic' corms the Dahlia Watermelon. Each of these should have been planted in February or March.
I feel that I've been scammed because now no one return my calls or respond to emails. I would like to return them but before I do so I want a guarantee my account will be credited.
I feel scammed by this company.

Customer service responded quickly and gave good estimate of shipments when asked. The prices are very good. Variety huge. So far the gladiolus and hyacinth blooming and bloomed well for rookies. Passionfruit vines look healthy, moist, packed well. Variety,price, well shipped. 30 year gardener. My experience has been very good.

Customer service is slow to respond but most importantly, their products are bad. I ordered very expensive Ranunculus and Anemone corms that failed to root after following rooting instructions TO THE LETTER. The customer service person
on chat and in email, told me that unless I planted the corms right after delivery their guarantee was void. I waited 2 weeks to coincide with my growing season here in Western PA. How long have they sat dormant in their warehouse. This company is scamming people for dead, very expensive flower bulbs.

I ordered and paid for 3 butterfly amaryllis bulbs. The shipping showed that’s what was shipped to me. I actuality what was sent was 2 cheaper amaryllis bulbs of another variety. Easy to Grow has been treating me as if i’m trying to scam them by asking for replacement of the bulbs i didn’t receive or at least a full refund. I’ve ordered from them for several years without problems but apparently as soon as they make a mistake they’re not interested in correcting it but in blaming and cheating the customer.

The cancellation policy says I can cancel the order in 24 hours. I contacted them in 8 hours with request to cancel the order after I have read lots of bad reviews. They sent me an email next day with apologies that the order was shipped. I checked with FedEx and nothing was shipped only label was created. What a fraud. To my regret, I paid via Shop, but PayPal and can't file the claim. Agree with all who said "stay away".

I ordered eremurus bulbs for my home in NW Minnesota. I recieved my order within a week. However I can't plant until at least April! When I called for help I was told to keep in cool storage but I would not be guaranteed to have success in growing. I assume they would mail at time of season to plant l like all other nurseries do.

I ordered six plants, and they arrived nearly dead and shockingly small—smaller than the pods they came in. Absolutely unacceptable. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Save your money and stay far away from this company.

There is no record of my payment either in my e mail or on the website. I received part of what I believe I ordered. No customer service option on website. No account information on website. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

Placed an order for fairly general bulbs in late August- Spanish bluebells, anemone Blanca and saffron crocus. Was promised a ship date when the order was placed. It is now a few days before Halloween and still no ship date despite several emails to and from customer service. They keep sending vague promises that they are coming but no specifics. The closest answer I’ve gotten is they’ll send them to me once they receive them from their suppliers which leads me to believe they sold me products they didn’t have and had no idea when they would have them. They did process my payment the day after the order was placed so they are efficient at taking your money but are struggling with actually providing the product. Don’t waste your money.

They said that the item shipped, but it only shows a shipping label created but bulbs never arrived. It was only $35 but it is my fault, I should have checked reviews beforehand...

Wish I had read online reviews before ordering. A very simple order of 20 gladiolus bulbs, 10 Arcadia and 10 Union Jack. Planted them respectively to complement some mature hybrid tea roses and to date 6 Arcadia out of 10 have sprouted (no blooms yet), only one of the ten Union Jack has sprouted, unlikely to bloom and one of the UJ corms was the size of a dime when it came time to plant. The time between order and receipt also was much longer than expected, so the bulbs went in before Fathers Day instead of a desired early May planting. Order date was 4/16/24 and while no ship date was recorded on the invoice, I did not receive the bulbs until June. I do not expect a refund or replacement. I will take this as a lesson learned to never order from this company again and that this review is helpful to other garden enthusiasts as to what to expect. In hindsight I would have been better off going to Lowe's or Home Depot where I could see the quality of the bulbs before purchase as it became obvious, especially with the UJ bulbs that no one there did.

I ordered 'Legolas' gladiolus (peach colored) in April 2023 after receiving a confirmation that they were back in stock. The gladiolus bulbs were in great condition (Gladiolus 'The Bride' was not and did not grow), but since I planted them late, only one bloomed in the season they were ordered (August 2023). It was a garish purple/yellow bicolor. (for a garden that is booked for weddings, so very bad color clash) Thinking the bulb color might be a fluke, I waited till this year (July 2024) to see what color the rest were. All have been wrong color. I sent my order documentation with pictures of the promised bulb and a photo of the actual bulb, but to date have received no response -- not even an acknowledgement of my request. I recently re-sent the same information as a second request. After sending the first request, I found a complaint from April 2024 on a similarly colored gladiolus where the customer received... purple and yellow -- not pink-- flowering bulbs. The facts point to a systemic (not occasional) problem based on reading other reviews, so I agree that this is a company that should be avoided. It was within their power to avoid this negative review. I did not go public with my experience until they failed to address the issue.

Dont ever buy from this company. They sent me an already flowering silver lace vine that consequently did not grow because it already thought it had grown sufficiently to flower. It stands 1 foot tall. they refused to send me my money back!

I bought Mrs. F.D. Roosevelt peony 3 years ago from this company on Etsy. You can imagine my surprise when the peonies finally flowered they weren't the ones I bought at all! I did email to ask what peonies I actually were sent but the customer service was unhelpful. You can't actually write a low review into their website, so that should give you an idea of what kind of business they're running.

They had a pre-order "fall bulbs" sale in May. That is, all bulbs included in the sale were supposed to ship in the fall. Since I wanted to plant some more lilies this fall, I ordered some (the order page for the lilies confirmed they were supposed to ship in the fall).

However, they shipped the lily bulbs immediately -- in May.

The bulbs they shipped were from last fall's crop. They were all sprouted and some clearly rotten/dead. Out of the 12 bulbs that I ordered only two ended up growing -- weekly at that. I doubt they will make it next spring.

Complete waste of money. Suggest others steer clear of this company.

Plant received on time but failed to thrive. Customer service rep gave runaround saying I must wait longer.

The plant is DEAD less than 3 weeks after arrival and planting. Dead plants do not improve.

UPDATE, 6/5/2024 -- That plant is STILL DEAD.

Only received half my order, sent an email asking about the remainder. I got 3 different answers so I asked for a refund. The sent an email saying they will refund my money but they're not refunding the entire amount of the remaining products that I never received. Not only can they not ship on time they can't count either. Worst company I've dealt with and I will never be ordering from them again. I gave them almost 3 weeks to make it right. I placed my order May 2nd 2024 and got the run around on where the other half my order is even at. Told me once it was ready for shipment, then told me it was ready to packaged, finally told me it hadn't been received at their warehouse.

Horrible company! If I could give them no stars it would be too much! The roots I received in my order were nothing! All dried up and never grew. The corms of ranuculus never even grew and when I contacted the company all they would give me was a credit to buy more of their dead stock! It took 5 emails to finally get the items that did not grow refunded/ credited as they try to ignore your requests. Emails are their only way of communicating so that tells you something right there! They are way overpriced and their shipping charges are astronomical! Don’t bother with this company as you’ll just be wasting your money and don’t think you’re going to get a plant that no other company carries because it will only be dead roots!
