Easy Way Rent a Car Reviews 

This was my second rental with Easyway and will not be my last. I appreciate the no pressure approach for added insurances. The employees are always very professional, courteous and thorough with the pickup and rental process. Thank you Easyway for always being the first in line to welcome us to your beautiful country and doing it well.

We rented a car for 5 weeks to travel 4 hours out of Cancun. We noticed after a week that our licence was about to expire. A couple of Whats Ap messages later, it was sorted out. We meet them in a small town the next day where we grocery shop and Juan swapped cars with us. With an upgrade and sincere apology, we left feeling pretty good. From start to finish every employee was polite and helpful.

Every part of our experience with Easy Way was Excellent! They met us outside of the airport right on time, shuttled us quickly to the rental place and set us up with two clean nice cars. During our week in Mexico we visited two of the islands, Cozumel and Isla Mujeras. On one we rented a crappy little golf cart and on the other we rented a little garbage car in the last days of its life. Both of those garbage rentals took a long time and were really frustrating. Easy Way was fast and easy. Cars were great! People were great!

These guys are the best of the best, price includes everything so no hidden fees when you get to the counter, lower price as they're not located in the airport but shuttle you to their office for free, and they went way above and beyond when I made a mistake in my booking date and they were out of cars at that office, to find me an automatic car at another of their offices in another city and shuttled me to THAT office for free after hours despite it being MY mistake. Wonderfully friendly staff, they gave me plenty of tips on driving and refueling in Mexico, and were very reasonable when I returned the car with unfortunate damage on one side that was only partially my responsibility. This was my first visit to Mexico and first time renting a car or driving in any part of the world, and being on my own I was nervous about the process but they made it easy and effortless and I'll be returning to them in a heartbeat for future visits to Mexico, highly highly recommend!

Easyway was great to work with. Reserved the vehicle online, email communication was great. The car was delivered to our hotel and everything went very smoothly. Prices were upfront and no hidden costs. Return was easy. All in all, I'd definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Good service.
They gave us another car than ordered and we weren't happy with it. The drove to our hotel to change in a better bigger car with no extra cost. We enjoyed it for a week. No problems.

The car was clean and worked for 2 weeks without any issue; all scratches etc were documented clearly before pickup.

Excelent service, excelent comunication.

I did not see any angle they may have tried to trick or scam me. And I did not have any issues with thw car itself. The total price was the same I got when making a reservation.

I have used their service before, from pick up to drop off, and price i feel they are by far the only car rental i will ever use in Mexico. ON TIME, PRICE AS QUOTED, CLEAN CAR, HONEST DEALINGS. five stars because they don't have 10!
