They are basically disreputable. I found my payment taken rediculously quickly. No time to review or look properly at the way the app set up without buying. Do not like the way it tells you your exact meal each day rather than allowing choice as per other companies. So decided to cancel within 14 day cooling off period. BEWARE if in the UK they will only do this for EEC countries. The subscription was convoluted and difficult to stop. Best advice have nothing to do with it whatsoever. They do not have your interests at heart.

If I could give a zero out of 5 I would. Terrible, immoral and disgusting!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! They took a yearly payment of £14.99 'special offer' from me, and then subsequently took monthly payments of £39.99 as well....do you think I was able to get those monthly payments back?? Even though it was their 'error'?!! After they stopped responding to my emails, I had to recoup the money back directly from my bank. I should have read these reviews first because this seems to be the way they make their money, by blatantly ripping people off!!

Very bad service once I signed up I couldn't access the app or log in anywhere I messaged them and asked for a refund before the second payment was taken and it got taken anyway unexpectedly. And they won't refund me even though I never got to use it. I thought this would be a good app but turned out not to be don't get raked in.

Estafa, no se les ocurra ni visitar la página, responden a los correos diciendo que están haciendo gestiones y lo único que hacen es hacerte perder tiempo, tengo ya 3 cargos de 39’99 y estoy poniendo una denuncia en la guardia civil

I signed up for the free 7 day trial but had to pay for 3 months. I attempted to cancel 3 days into the free trial and to get my initial payment of £29.99 back. It is difficult to cancel subscription Eatr ignored my initial email, so it was resent, then they gave lots of conditions for me to try and get my refund - that I had to submit a 14 day consecutive meal plan and as I’d not submitted this to them they would not give me a refund. I tried cancelling 3 days into free trial!!!! THIS IS A SCAM, AVOID AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Scam..money trap..IT WRITES CANCEL ANYTIME BUT WHEN YOU SENT EMAIL THEY DON'T RESOON.And EATR app is just a app with lots of random recipes from Internet. There is no meal plan. There is nothing to loose weight diet plan. They will charge 4.99$ at first then they will charge 40$. They will never cancel.

Полная ерунда. Заплатила 19.90 , очень хотелось немного похудеть. Но само приложение бездарное. Я попыталась им пользоваться, но увы. А спустя четыре месяца с моей карты было списано 59.90. За какие такие услуги? Ни ответа, ни привета. В банке карту я заблокирую. Им отправила на почту три сообщения, пока без ответа. Не связывайтесь с ними это просто лохотрон.Дописываю сегодня свой комментарий. Сегодня мне ответили, что они сами уберут мою подписку, но деньги не вернут. Какая подписка? Я не подписывалась ни на что. Это просто обман людей.

Even though I cancelled my subscription on time, I was charged the equivalent of two months of subscription!

An awful experience. I signed up via instagram for a week’s intro offer and paid on Apple Pay but as soon as I had they tried to get me to add on more payments for further diet advice. I declined the offer but then there was no way to go back to the continue subscription page or log in. So they took my money but I never had a log in. I contacted them and (frustrated with the service) asked that they cancel my subscription as I never even opened the app. They replied with a cut and paste email saying they can see I’ve used it and so couldn’t return the money. I replied saying I don’t have the app and never got sent log in details. They then sent another holding email asking me for more time while they looked into it. I then when the week went by for the original 1 week offer, got charged the full amount. Despite having asked twice in writing to cancel the subscription and also be refunded as I never even logged in. I have yet to hear back

I wasn't looking for a super strict diet app, just something to help me stop asking myself "what should I eat today?" over and over. Eatr does a good job of giving me ideas without making everything feel complicated.

Firstly I was the idiot that didn't read below the subscriptions, and as I thought I'd check out one week of the app ar R84, I was debited R666.53 a week later for a month (the math doesn't strike either), at which point I should've made a note to cancel before the debit but didn't realize it would be automatic. It does say so on the site though. The client service replied up until the extent of me realizing that I wasn't going to get anywhere. Thought I would make the most of now having paid, but the app is definitely not worth the money. Recipes complicated and takes time. Same suggestions come up irrespective of your preferences. Not worth it!!! Be careful!!

I wanted to get more protein in my meals, but I did not want to become obsessed with tracking, EATR helps me see what I'm eating and make better food without tuning food into a spreadsheet.

No os suscribáis!!! Es una estafa, me suscribí dos veces y luego no obtuve el producto! Tuve que bloquear la tarjeta porque luego vi las reseñas y me di cuenta de la estafa...

I downloaded this after realizing how much I was spending on delivery. Eatr didn’t magically make cooking fun every day, but it made it easier to start. Having the recipe and shopping list together removes a lot of friction.

Son unos estafadores, me cobran ayer los 39,99 y hoy me vuelven a cobrar el mismo importe, he escribo por todo los medio para darme de baja y no contestan a ningún email, tener cuidado, tampoco le deja eliminar al tarjeta para que no sigan cobrando.

Complete scam. They trick you into a subscription when you sign up for a” free trial” and you cannot get a refund unless you can prove that you have followed their program for 14 days. It wasn’t even suitable to follow for 1 day! I’m a senior who’s now out about $80 CDN. Don’t fall for it!
