First and Last time using

This was my first and last time ordering from eBag.bg.

From the start, there was zero communication. No calls at all, then suddenly at 8:40pm I get an email saying the driver is downstairs. Of course he wasn’t. So it gets pushed to the next day.

I update the delivery time, then realize I need it later and email support to move it to 2 to 3pm. They reply saying they changed it to 1 to 2pm, which is exactly what I asked them not to do. It honestly feels like they don’t even read messages.

I leave work early just to make sure I’m home. At 1:18pm I get another “driver is downstairs” email. I go down immediately. No driver. I call him and he says he already left. How does that even make sense?

We reschedule again for 4 to 5pm. Same thing. Email says he’s downstairs at 4:20pm. I go down, call him, and now he says he’s three minutes away. When he finally shows up, he tells me the order has already been cancelled and refunded.

At this point it’s just ridiculous. Wrong notifications, drivers not where they say they are, and support that clearly doesn’t care. All you get are copy paste “we apologise” replies while nothing actually gets fixed.

They later blamed it on not being able to call my international US number, but that doesn’t explain why I kept getting false “driver is downstairs” emails or why the driver leaves before even arriving.

This is beyond poor service. It shows zero care for customers and zero responsibility. I will never use them again.

Бързо, точно,професионално!

Много са добри, каквото съм им поръчал идва точно на часа. Добре опаковано, без скъсани и наранени опаковки, няма опашки, няма бутане, караници и лошо отношение. Като пенсионер се радвам и на безплатна доставка! Колко му трябва на човек?

Днес беше седмата ми поръчка ,много съм доволна от качеството на продуктите и принципа по който се сортират. Никога досега не се е случвало да получа продукт с ниско качество или скъсана опаковка,което означава,че хората ,ангажирани със събирането на продуктите са добре обучени и внимателни. Винаги получавам информация за самата поръчка и възможни промени в грамажа. А всички доставчици са организирани и вежливи. Поръчвах няколко пъти и останах очарована от продуктите .Винаги са прилежно подредени , и с идеално качество .Доставката е навреме и прекрасно отношение от момчетата ,които ни ги доставят.Препоръчвам! Удобно ,лесно с богат избор от различни фирми .

Отлична услуга

Много съм щастлива, че от няколко месеца услугата е достъпна и в Перник. Абсолютно всеки път, в който съм поръчвала всичко е било отлично - информаирането при изчерпани продукти, обслужването - винаги услужливи и ведри куриери, дори и отработването на казуси - винаги бързи и отзивчиви. Страхотна услуга, радвам се че я има, особено сега, когато ми предстои да стана родител определено ще увелича употребата ѝ :)
