I was looking to replace Maybelline 24 long lasting lipstick with a Canadian alternative. The rep Offered suggestions and I had excellent customer service and received my product in good time. I chose two lipsticks that had wands and then one regular tube lipstick. I did not like the tube lipstick. It did not go on smoothly nor was the colour intense. The other two with the wands were gorgeous. The colours were intense and the feel on the lips was luscious. However, they did not have the staying power I was hoping for and lipstick got transferred to my granddaughters forehead and every glass or cup that I used. If permanence is not a priority then these are the lipsticks for you.

I ordered the Ilse Jacobsen rubber rain boots from Ebb and Flo, and I’m so happy with my experience. The boots arrived quicker than expected, and the team was kind, responsive, and genuinely personable. Highly recommend!

I have been a very happy customer of Ebb and Flo for several years - way before Covid, in fact. I have bought shoes, boots, leggings, sweaters, linen dresses and tops, coats and scarves, along with makeup. In my mind, you can't go wrong here! Her line of Iise Jacobsen is simply very cool, not to mention practical and durable. I wore her linen outfits that were made in Italy when I was in Venice and thought I "fit right in". And I love coats - I bought a black cape 3 years ago where I still receive compliments. Her website is clear with measurements and ideas - I suggest that if you are interested in a piece, contact Sherry and she will provide thoughtful advise, check on your measurements to ensure that you when you open the parcel, you will be very happy. And with respect to makeup, she also has a very good eye. She responds very quickly to messages, as well. As I have said to her, when I go out wearing something from her store, I feel "my best".

The Ebb and Flo really is the Art of She. I originally found them on Facebook and looked up their website, and...I have been purchasing skin care and makeup for the last few years.
Presently they are running "bundle offers" which save even more money on products as well as shipping, I find this is a great time for me to stock up on essentials and try new products.
Their Hyaluronic intense moisturizer is Under $50, comparable to others selling at Over $90, that's a great price And value.
Their Cosmetic Brush Cleaner is so easy to use, I am really loving it as I didn't tend to care for my brushes as I should have.
I love their line of makeup and made in Canada is quite the bonus, team Canada here. I keep an eye out every so often for the latest item and nothing has been disappointing, great colours and great saturations (I live for their lipsticks)
Their clothing is top notch with recognizable brand names that buyers like me can trust for exceptional quality and the Pink Moto Jacket that I ordered when it came out is still a head turner.
Even through the Canada Post strike, they excelled at customer service, they have taken great care to respond to my concerns/inquiries.
The only item I haven't purchased, yet, is accessories but I will as they have earrings to drool over.

I have been an Ebb&Flo customer for many years. The product quality is consistently outstanding and they accommodate ladies of all sizes. Something for everyone. Their makeup line is excellent! I am particularly fond of the Ebb & Flo brand lipstick and foundation. The lipsticks are long lasting with great colour choices and the foundation is top notch! A great shopping experience overall.
