Bought a bike from Alex at ebike exchange and the delivery was faultless and the bike is in great condition. Small issue with the bike on arrival but Alex was quick to resolve the issue and 24 hours later all was good. Can't recommend these guys enough, great selection of bikes and fair prices.

A seamless and simple way to sell your ebike without the hastle of 'tyre kickers' or scammers. Get a quote via the online form, be honest about your bike, agree the value, arrange collection, which was fast and friendly. Bike was delivered to Alex within two days and money was paid into my bank account. No problem.

Amazing selection of bikes with expert advise

The process of selling my bike with Ebike Exchange was faultless, from start to finish. Once I received and accepted my quote I was sent a sales contract to sign electronically. Then I emailed my original bike sale receipt and Alex organised the courier immediately. The courier process with Cycle Courier Co was also very smooth. The only glitch was that the link to their website to select pick-up slots was flagged by my VPN as unsecured. This was a bit stressful, but I bypassed it because the only information I entered was my preferred delivery slots, and no contact details (they already had those). The courier was a very friendly person and took great care of the bike. They delivered the bike to the shop within 2 days and I was paid on the same day the bike was delivered. I was hoping for a slightly higher quote because the bike hadn't been used much, but the smooth, secure and fast process compensated for that!

Of all the selling sites we tried, this was the simplest, most honest and straightforward. The others were pretty hopeless all round. We didn’t get as much as we’d hoped for our bikes, but maybe we were being overoptimistic… Alex arranged collection and paid as soon as the bikes had been inspected. Excellent service all the way. They were very busy, but it was easy to talk to someone who could really and directly help to speed things up a bit. Courier arrangements were exactly as described and we received the payment the day after the bike arrived with them. I would have liked a slightly better price, but I guess everyone does. It was worth it for a faultless service.

Bought a haibike from bike exchange through Alex. The bike arrived in great condition however the gears never shifted properly, the forks didn’t switch between firm and soft and the motor made an awful sound when it applied the torque. Got intouch with them and requested a refund. Alex sent me the price of the bike minus the £105 shipping even though the fault was on there end. After a phone call and being called a lier I managed to get my money back. Never usually the type of guy to send something back as I’ve rather just get it sorted locally without the hassle but when I was a “lier” and the bike was fine. (Which I’m no genius but the bike was far from fine). Review left after I’ve received my full money back as I’m not thick enough to do it without the money.

In response to the review reply, i can provide the exact same videos of the motor rattling noise that apparently they couldn’t replicate when they received it back…. Hmmmm smells fishy.
