The interaction with Joe was wonderful. He responded promptly and completely with any question I had. He was incredibly helpful and the ebike was delivered exactly when he promised. He also checked in to see how I liked it and if I had any questions. Top Notch Customer Service.

A great service from start to finish. Joe went above and beyond and kept me informed throughout the whole process with a speedy delivery, even going above and beyond getting a replacement part free of charge id lost. Fully recommend!

Great experience, was informed all along the way until my e-bike had been delivered. They also kept in touch after to make sure all was ok. Ordered an ado air 20 which has been great.

I had a really great experience dealing with E-Bikes Express and a special thanks goes out to Joe, the manager and founder of the company who made everything so smooth! Communication via email was excellent every step of the way, especially as it was for an electric bike through the the cycle to work scheme. The order went through very quickly, and once all ID documents had been sent, I received my new ADO Air 20s in less than a week! I couldn’t be happier! It’s a great bike btw, and has made a big difference to my commute to work. I was even sent a free bike lock which was a very thoughtful extra! I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a new e-bike, and will not hesitate to use their services in the future. Thanks again!

I was looking for a long time which company to go for, I asked a fair few for bike quotes and either didnt hear back or was just the price, I needed a proper quote so I could use in my cycle to work scheme, I eventually settled on a bike seeing all the reviews and your company had the bike at the going rate and bonus used my cycle to work scheme, from first contact I had a quote through, although was missing some information and email back and was sorted promptly, it only took about 2 weeks from start to finish, went very smoothly and not issues at all not even for delivery, I had to re arrange as the day I was given wasn't convenient, that was sorted promptly by a lovely lady who was very helpful, then they give me a free gift as well, I mean what more can you ask, really happy and recommend to anyone

I was looking for e bike on Cycle2Work voucher scheme and the shop has the fairest price policy - WYSIWYG. No extra cost if cycle2 work scheme is used, very quick, out of hours answer to query -i asked about the bike on Sunday evening and J. answer same evening with everything i needed to know. On Every stage of the process there were comms from the shop. A nice touch was a small gift from the shop. Bike arrived about a week after ordered again with update and tracking number and delivery guys were polite and offer to carry the package (over 30kg worth of bike ) to where I wanted it. Thanks to Joe and the Team for great experience.

Such a great company. Purchased a bike through the cycle to work scheme.Great communication throughout the process. Delay in delivery( not due to the company but bike availability) but E bikes express kept me informed and could not have been better. Would recommend this company without any hesitation. Thank you !

I highly recommend Ebikes Express, especially for anyone considering to use cycle to work scheme. The process was seamless, and Joe was incredibly helpful and friendly. Great service and fantastic price with free accessories, whereas other sellers ask for increased prices for the scheme vouchers.

Other websites you have to pay full retail which negates the salary sacrifice scheme.
Took about 10 ten days from applying to delivery.
Engwe l20 boost it's a great bike and the service top notch.
Definitely recommended.

I spent a week looking for a company with a good reputation, and I'm so glad I chose this company. They went above and beyond with telephone calls and regular emails giving me updates. As for the bike, I'm really happy with it. The bike came built and ready to ride, keep up the great work guys.

Absolutely superb company to deal with. Customer service has been impecible during the process of ordering and them supplying my bike under the cycle to work scheme. I recommend them to anyone. I bought an ebike off ebikes express and there was a few teething problems at first but all got sorted, Joe is an absolute legend, helped me out throughout the whole process and went above and beyond for me, I suffer with anxiety and Joe kept in contact with me all the way and also helping once the bike was delivered.
