Really disappointed with my experience. I purchased a pair of pants that were advertised in a petite style, however the length and actual fit were not clearly stated in the product description. When I received them, the sizing and length were completely off compared to another pair I own in the same petite style from the same brand.

I contacted customer service and provided clear comparison photos showing the discrepancy, but this was dismissed. The responses I received came across as rude and unhelpful, and they refused to acknowledge the inconsistency or take any responsibility, nor offer a reasonable solution.

I’ve been buying from Echt for around 10 years, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has completely put me off and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Made an order over a week ago, no updates no dispatch notifications, was advised that due to easter sales weeks ago there was a delay dispatching orders. I have seen so many comments for people waiting 3+ weeks for their orders to be dispatched and eventually needing to dispute with theit banks to get refunds. Was my first time ordering with echt and will be my last, I did a large order so hopefully the items are okay quality and I won't have to deal with customer service again. The delay in shipping is enough to turn me off for life. Tried reaching out on socials and my comments got deleted and I was blocked! Come on echt give everyone their stuff they've paid for it!

Don’t bother buying. Terrible company to deal with, extremely sketchy and relies on AI. I ordered about 10 days ago (to which the delay was blamed on the Easter sale 2 week ago).

I tried contacting them about my order multiple times for over a week and a bot tells me it’s “still being shipped”.

Finally got a reply from a human after I requested my order to be cancelled and refunded. They’ve advised they have “started the cancellation process” but I haven’t received any confirmation of any refund, and my order is still showing as active. They can still happily post their content all over socials tho :)

It’s like pulling teeth! Lodging a dispute with PayPal seems to be the quickest option

I purchased seven days ago with express shipping and I’m yet to even receive an update on my parcel status. Tried contacting them through email and chat, got nothing back. It’s rather disappointing. This company could be better with their communication with customers or post something online re delay in shipping if they can’t fulfill customers order at an appropriate timing.

Would give a 0 if I could for the customer service. First, they sent me a pair of leggings with two holes in them. Upon receiving photos of the leggings, they finally agreed to exchange the item, stating multiple times that they would send me a replacement. After I sent back the leggings, they sent me an email stating the leggings were out of stock and instead gave me a gift voucher which doesn't include anywhere near the amount I would need to pay for shipping to New Zealand. Have sent them multiple emails asking for a refund because it has been a disappointing experience throughout, and have been ignored multiple times. Seems to be a common thing where they ghost their customers if they ask for a refund instead of a voucher. I don't see any reason to shop from them if the item I needed is out of stock and if I need to pay out of pocket for shipping for no fault of mine.

Everything was easy to use, I wish there was more information around sizing and model sizing but other then that everything was good

I like the material. Nice and comfortable. I bought it my third leggings as the same style.

I ordered a pair of lycra wide leg pants that arrived faulty on the same day they were delivered. I immediately contacted customer support and provided clear photos of the fault and the product tag.

Instead of acknowledging the issue, I received a generic template response asking for excessive documentation (including washing details, the A4 picking slip and the barcode on the packaging).

Despite already providing clear images of the defect and my order details, the process felt designed to delay and discourage legitimate complaints rather than resolve them. I complied with their excessive process and sent the additional images as requested. It has now been two days with no response, showing just how poor their customer service is.

The leggings themselves are cheaply made and I would not purchase from this brand again. This entire process feels designed to frustrate customers and discourage legitimate complaints.

Avoid at all costs.

But 3/5 for sizing… I bought a same size of leggings (Lycra Invisible Scrunch Straight Leg Pant) but with different colours (black and mauve) however the size of the mauve is a bit larger than the black one- so I had to return for change of size.
I also bought for a “petite” but it is so long on me :( I’m 5’1.
The quality is so good though! Not see through and squatproof. :)

I placed an order yesterday and I accidentally bought wrong size. I been messaging and did everything that the website suggested me to cancel the order. I chatted on their ai chat box which suggested me to leave message with email address and I did that. On top of that I cancelled that order with in an hour of my purchase from their website and got notification since it's not dispatched yet they can refund me. Now how silly they delivered me the product. And when I emailed them they said I have to take it since it's sale item and they have delivered it coz they forgot to check their email early morning. And they don't do refund on sale items. I m really disappointed with the customer service. Even though it's sale item if customer are not happy they should take it back and I have been trying to contact them from the time I purchased.

This company has change so much. They used to be so good and more recently they have turned into a rip off. I’ve always supported and brought off them and have always been a 2 xl and then I brought a workout shirt in a size 4XL as it looked like a bit of a slimmer fit and the shirt barely fits. I got my mate to try it who are a size L and it barely fits him comfortably. Their sizing guide has changed so much and are no longer made to fit an average gym goer. If looking for good casual gym wear shop else wear. Also their customer service isn’t helpful and they basically tell you you’re wrong and they meet all the standards… sorry we all arnt influencers in today’s society. They then charge you yet another $10 on top of the order to return the items . Will not be recommending here on out and defs not buying from again

We were very excited to receive our package from Echt Apparel, however we were soon disappointed when the sizing wasn't right, with products with tags still on and it original packaging, I attempted to process and exchange for another size, however this was not offered. I would have thought that an exchange for size only would have been available, more so given that the products were still in new condition with tags on. I now have garments that are not suitable and will need to add extra expense by repurchasing the correct size. I really believe that an exchange of size policy should be available.
