I messed up my order and made it for collection rather than delivery. When I spotted my mistake Teri resolved the issue for me within 24 hours and had my order posted to me. Great service as always

Very poor
Great company - BUT Very poor experience on this particular vape - voopoo vinci e120 - No1 - could not extract the coil from the cartridge / pod - couldent even get a finger nail to prise the coil out - ??? Also the coils burnt out within days of purchase - I am an experienced user so well used to vaping / & changing coils etc.
So - Cannot use the vape currently as I’m reticent to order more coils until I know they are the right ones ( not the one that was delivered with the unit ) and can extracted from cartridges with no trouble - FYG - the coils were completely tight - no ability to pull the coil out - no gap between pod and coil -
Perhaps you are not aware of this & may be a problem with this unit ???
Need help as vape is useless to me currently.
Best
