Stop pretending to be "Enterprise grade" when the basics are broken. "flashy" presentation and sloppy execution.
Terrible service for a supposed "Enterprise grade" hosting provider
the projects I hosted there, had DAYS of downtime on a monthly basis. random restarts or shut downs unplanned & unannounced
the best SLA they can offer is 95% yet they somehow go below that
any hosting provider worth their salt offers ATLEAST 99.9% SLA ("8h 45m 57s" of downtime a YEAR.)
you'd think they want to compete with github over who can offer the WORST uptime
(For context I have been using this service for about 2 months)
They have a bad panel. honestly one of the worst ones. id rather have the standard run of the mill pterodactyl panel fork than whatever bug riddled react slop their current panel is.
Gimmicky AI features.
no support for domains, unscheduled or unannounced restarts happening out of the blue
I haven't seen such bad service from a hosting provider in my ~8 years of using them as a customer, alongside my own firsthand experience working in the industry.
Did I mention they have a terrible network?
the web-side of my project hosted there randomly becomes unreachable
The discord side of my project does not work unless I send a slash command twice or thrice.
(When I locally host it or host it on other service providers. it works the first time i send the command)
they should get their act together.
