The work was completed on time and at the agreed price. Part of the loft hatch needed repair work which was arranged and completed the following day - hence not 5 stars.

We had an excellent experience from the initial call to signing the job off. The team were all brilliant throughout especially Martin & Dylan who provided excellent craftsmanship in a very quick time, they were in and out in no time and left the area as clean as they found it, as well as taking away any waste/rubbish. We paid exactly what was quoted with no hidden costs on satisfactory completion of the work. We would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic lads! Arrived on time. Chatty & friendly while getting on with their work and explained everything they were doing.
Cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Would definitely recommend as absolutely no issues whatsoever!

Loft insulated, boarded out with shelves fitted. The lads grafted really hard and completed the job in super quick time. Really pleased with the job and the price. Can't wait to fill my loft up with lots of sentimental junk now.

After having a few issues with the work I spoke to the company and within 5 days they sent out two lovely gentleman called Martyn and Dean (sorry if names are wrong) who put all of the issues right. Both were very professional left my house lovely and clean and tidy. They even spent the time to explain things to me even though the time was getting on. 5 stars.

Martin and Danny arrived in time.
They were very efficient. Covered my carpets and tidied up afterwards. Also went through the procedure for locking and unlocking the ladder.
I would highly recommend this company.

The guys turned up on time and got on covering the carpet and had the whole job completed in 2 hours. New loft hatch, ladders, light and half loft space boarded as requested. Dave showed me how it all worked and watched me do it a couple of times. They cleaned up and took all rubbish away with them, couldn't ask for more! Would definitely recommend Eco Frog 🐸

From start to finish. Really quick and easy process. The guy who I booked the appointment with through to the guys who installed it were so friendly and informative. The process was so quick. Took about 2 hours for them to board the loft and put in a new hatch and ladder. They show you the attic after, clean up really well and show you how to put the ladded up and down! Would 💯 recommend them and think it is a great price for the amount of storage I can put up there! Cheers!

I can't praise this company enough, there was 1 lad who completed the whole package by himself withing a few hours, no mess and perfect job, iam so happy with my new loft and new hatching amazing price. A very well mannered sociable lad
