Darren was quick to confirm a date and time to come and replace our ballcock and fit an isolation valve to our toilet. He had good communication, high quality parts and great work ethic. Would highly recommend and will be coming back for any other issues we have. Thanks Darren

I booked for a boiler service at short notice. Darren was quick to respond and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Professional and friendly throughout and even gave a few tips to save some money on the gas bill!

Fantastic experience. Darren arrived as agreed, was polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. He serviced both our air conditioning units leaving me with advice on how to keep them running efficiently.
He respected my home, leaving it clean and tidy. 5* experience and I would hesitate to recommend.

Would 100% recommend Darren. He did a number of jobs for us including fitting two new radiators with new pipework, power flushing and balancing the heating system and servicing our boiler. He replied quickly, arranged to come round and quote and got us booked in in good time.

Darren was also incredibly accommodating, I was heavily pregnant and had to rearrange a visit at short notice and he couldn't have been kinder in his response.

Darren's work was high quality,he left no mess and he was a pleasure to host.

Darren was fantastic, explained what he'd be doing as an energy efficiency survey on behalf of my energy supplier. He couldn't have been nicer, really helpful and chatted through any questions I had. I'd certainly recommend them from my experience today.

I was left with a problem due to a faulty installation by CES, who have now gone into liquidation. Darren fixed my problem promptly and at a reasonable cost. Efficient, friendly and honest service - highly recommended.

Darren quickly and efficiently sorted out the mass of paperwork so we could get a heat pump and improved insulation at no cost.
The house is warmer, hot water without waiting for the old combi to kick in, and we're saving a lot of money that was going to Calor.
I recommended him to my daughter, and she's waiting for her installation to be done.

Honestly couldn’t recommend this enough. I moved into my house last year and must admit it was a very cold and expensive winter, now, within 2 weeks I have internal wall insulation which makes no difference to the size of the rooms, even the small ones, tidied up the windows and sills, new efficient storage heaters, kitchen ventilation, solar panels and a bathroom heater all done under this scheme. Everyone who worked on it was lovely and done a really good job. Big shout out to the plasterers who’ve done a particularly nice job of skimming around the stone fireplace. Thank you Darren for organising!

We had a horrible experience with CES and were very dispondent and then along came Darren, like a knight in shinning armour!
Cannot praise him highly enough, from the minute he walked in, until the project was complete he has shown to be extremely honest and trustworthy. He sat and explained everything, he is polite, funny and very kind as well as being totally knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble.
Darren kept in contact the whole way through the installation and after to make sure everything was ok. He delivered on what he promised and introduced us to Smart Energy Homes.
This company is also fantastic, the teams they sent out went above and beyond to complete the project. Everyone from the guys in the office to the teams that came to the house have made the experience beyond our expectations in a totally great way and we now have a lovely insulated house with a great heating and solar system, all the work done is exceptionally good and of a high standard.
So MASSIVE THANKS Darren for everything you did to ensure the project took off and was completed and see you next year for the service of the system

I can’t recommend Darren highly enough. I’m a retired man living on the coast in an old prefabricated bungalow with a poor EPC rating, so I never thought I’d be able to get the improvements I needed. Darren helped me secure a government grant that covered solar panels, a water heater, and insulation in both the loft and walls – all completely free.

The process took about 18 months (the first company he found dropped out, through no fault of his), but Darren stuck with it, kept me informed, and made sure everything moved forward.

Once the work started, it was all completed within about 2 weeks. The workmen were friendly, efficient, and did a great job despite the challenges of working on an older property.

I felt very well looked after throughout, and the difference to my home is amazing. I’m far less worried about the winter now, and I can already feel the improvements. If you’re thinking about it, definitely get in touch with Darren – you won’t regret it.
