We had the best experience with Eco Energy Install. They are a local firm, based just outside Canterbury. From the moment we contacted them, we were very impressed with their professionality and diligence, especially from Sarah from the office. Their service and attention to detail was exceptional.
Sarah first called us to understand our requirements and then prepared different detailed proposals for solar installations to fit our needs, which were also very competitively priced compared to other local and national firms. Sarah was great at explaining everything and answering all our questions, which were numerous.
Soon after, Cameron came out to our property to do a quick survey and check everything. This was before we even decided to go with them. Interestingly, this is the only local firm that actually took the time to come out to speak with us in person and see our property. This was very reassuring and also translated into additional savings for us, as Cameron soon realised that our installation was more straight forward than first anticipated, and they were able to offer us a slightly improved quotation.
Once we decided to proceed with Eco Energy Install, they were able to schedule our installation within 2 weeks from instruction. We were very impressed by this as other local firms had lead times of at least 8 to 10 weeks.
2 weeks after paying the initial deposit we had our solar system installed. We had 20 solar panels and a 9Kw Sigenergy battery and inverter. The installation took 2 days to complete and went really smoothly. We found Cameron and the rest of his team very friendly, professional and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very respectful of our property.
There were a couple of minor adjustments and checks needed afterwards, but Cameron and his team were a phone call away to assist when needed.
We have had our Sigenergy solar system for 8 weeks now and we absolutely love it! Our electricity bill is now zero and we are also exporting our excess solar energy production to the grid, which is currently making us a healthy profit on our energy bill.
We would not hesitate in recommending Eco Energy Install, they have been really good. So much so, that our neighbours have also decided to go solar and were so impressed with our system that have also appointed Eco Energy Install to do their solar installation.
