Be warned with this company. They have not provided the products that I ordered. As the product was delivered to an incorrect address, and left at another address. I have requested a replacement or a refund. This has been rejected.
Due to the error in the postcode when ordering, the Amazon delivery was randomly been dropped somewhere else, an unknown location. For anyone reading this, an order placement is only completed when accepted by a person. This was not accepted by a person and was not delivered to the correctly named address.
This should have been returned to the company as unable to deliver.
The response I have had is "we will be out of pocket". This says it in a nutshell about this 'eco' implied company, when actually customers are the ones out of pocket.

Great products and great pricing.

Very easy to deal with. ordered product and got the delivery next day, kept informed regarding delivery all the way along, quality product and well priced.

We ordered plates, bowls and a mix of serveware for a garden party and were genuinely impressed with both the quality and the look. They’re such a refreshing change from the usual plastic and other disposable options—sturdy, elegant and perfect for a proper meal. We served curries and even kept sauces in the large bowl for over six hours and nothing went soggy or flimsy. Guests complimented them too!

Delivery was smooth and right on time, even though I placed the order a bit late. After payment, I emailed asking if they could ship it ASAP for next-day afternoon delivery. They suggested a £20 postage upgrade, which was a bit much for me but then kindly sent it via Royal Mail 24hr at no extra cost. The parcel arrived in time and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service.

Ordered a selection of plates and bowls plus the pre wrapped cutlery for a garden party.
Everything arrived well packaged possibly a bit to much single use plastic but that’s my personal niggle.
Sizes were ideal.
Cutlery was appreciated by guests
Children loved the bear plates.
Would use again and highly recommend.
