As an experienced bricks-and-mortar developer, I wanted to take on a new challenge and build better-insulated, higher-quality homes. Our first SIPS project was a significant step, and we chose Ecologic as our SIPS partner – a choice that proved highly positive. Ecologic's team was knowledgeable, professional, and always available to guide us through each stage. Although the project came with a few challenges, including some financial hurdles due to missed build slots from bad weather delays, Ecologic did their best to support us wherever possible.

The site team was exceptional, completing our 2,400 sq. ft. home in just four weeks! The quality of their SIPS panels was impressive, providing robust insulation and strength that made our build efficient and extremely sturdy. The results speak for themselves – we achieved a remarkable 0.97 air test score, an EPC rating of A, and an energy performance score of 101, which exceeded our expectations.

While there is still room for Ecologic to offer a more 'complete' package (such as including full vapor barriers, scaffolding solutions, and airtightness measures), I would certainly recommend Ecologic to anyone considering SIPS panels for their project. I look forward to working with them on our next SIP project!

They create some incredibly impressive structures (check the website out!), and to be a part of that process, though sometimes challenging, is great!

We commissioned a bespoke Summerhouse with Ecologic approx 5 years ago, which we've been delighted with. At the beginning of June we noticed a dip in the floor in the entrance by the bi-fold doors. Ecologic visited and found that a portion of the wooden board under the vinyl flooring had rotted. On inspection it was concluded that a very small section of damp proof insulation hadn't been cut back during construction and this was allowing small amounts of rain water to be carried inside. Without any quibble the damp proof issue was rectified, the affected area of wooden flooring was replaced, and new click vinyl flooring was laid across the whole Summerhouse due to the existing vinyl tile flooring no longer being available. How a company reacts to something going wrong is a true measure of a business and Ecologic stepped up to the plate with superb after care service. Thank you. Pete & Mand

We recently took receipt of a SIP garden office kit. Really fantastic experience from initial enquiry to final delivery. Very well organised, can-do outfit that took time to work through some design details - delivering a scheme that was exactly what we wanted. Completed to time and with good communication throughout, and to the pre-agreed budget - other than a few additions that arose during the construction and therefore not budgeted for originally. There were a few minor points I fed-back for continual improvement, which the company took on board and listened to.
At the end of the day, definitely not the cheapest option, but I do believe you get what you pay for and I was very pleased with our choice. Whole heartedly recommend Ecologic to anyone- and we will return for subsequent orders!

We have just used Ecologic to make our Beach Hut annex near Chichester and we are so thrilled with the hut and the amazing service we have received from the Ecologic team throughout the process from design to installation. We cannot recommend them enough. Joanne and Antony

We moved into our Ecologic SIPs house last summer and have been very pleased with its energy efficiency. We have now been through a winter and have been delighted with how warm the house has been with very little heating. We only put the heating on overnight when we have a cheaper electric rate and the house holds enough heat during the day and into the evening to keep the ambient temperature around 21/22 degrees. We have never needed to have the heating on upstairs and we only heat the rooms overnight that have dropped below 20 degrees. Whilst the house has become quite warm in the summer it has not been an issue. Overall it has been a very comfortable house to live in and Ecologic have been very helpful in answering any questions we have had. Ecologic Sustainable SIPs Structures are enthusiastic and passionate about their product and would highly recommend this company.

I have worked in the industry for over 15 years as an Architectural Technologist however, this was my first experience using SIPs, after a lot of research. We started going to the large manufacturers and were left fairly cold with their responses. It was great meeting the team and subsequently the factory etc and seeing the enthusiasm for their product, which i now share. The process from start to finish has been superb and i am a firm believer that SIPs is the future of the building industry due to the speed, thermal performance and airtightness. We are a few months away from finishing our home but are so keen to move in and experience the benefits that building with SIPs give you.
I have already started to convince clients to build with SIPs and have certainly recommended Ecologic to assist in the process.
I look forward to working with the chaps at Ecologic on many more projects in the furture.

We found Ecologic helpful, friendly and approachable in all aspects of the design and building of our SIPS studio. The team who came on site to install were professional and happy to include our project members which was a really nice touch. The build needed to be delayed and Ecologic were very patient and willing to fit us in. Because of this we managed to get the building installed on time thanks to their flexibility and generosity.

As a Holiday Park with a very short closed season we primarily opted for SIPs as a quick solution to providing staff accommodation. The time frame involved, along with our inexperience in this type of building lead us to choosing a local supplier in the hope that if (or more likely when) problems arose help would at least be close to hand. As it turned out the excellent pre build support from the design phase through to on time delivery and comprehensive instructions meant that our fears were unfounded and the whole project was completed on schedule, in no small part as a result of the quality of the product and the knowledgeable and helpful team that support it. We are already planning our next SIPs project and Ecologic are our instant choice to supply it.
Can't recommend them highly enough and we look forward to working with the team again.

A first self build was always going to be stressful and once we’d decided on SIP construction, we found Ecologic.
Although not the cheapest quote we thought if it’s going to be stressful, let’s do it with a nice bunch of people. They and their building team have helped us on our way to creating our perfect home.
It has already created interest from neighbours, passers by and even local council.
Highly recommend speaking to them, at least, from the outset.

I found the company great to work with from the start and responsive to any of my questions. As a project manager I found the process was smooth, following an initial quote we had a site meeting to discuss details together with timeframe for delivery. Changes were made to the plans, approved then we were given a delivery date.
We installed the ground screws as per the plan provided.
The kit arrived onsite on the day promised together with a visit from Arthur the production manager to help us understand the plans and construction method.
3 days to get the structure built with a team of 3. On Day 4 we wrapped the walls and put the roof membrane on, giving us a water tight building.

I can’t thank Ecologic enough for their patience and professionalism. A difficult project and they stood by me every step of the way. A really first class outfit.

First time I’ve used SIP panels for a project. I wanted supply only rather than having them cut ready for installation. Found dealing with this company was easy. They were very helpful in giving me advice. I picked up the panels myself rather than had them delivered as I live fairly close by. I was given a tour of the factory and the staff seemed proud of the product. As I cut the panels to size myself there was obviously some off cuts left over. I was able to take these back for recycling which is far better than throwing them into landfill. I would certainly have no issues using this company again. I’m sure this method of construction will become more popular in the future due to the thermal values you are able to achieve, together with the speed of build. I think in hindsight I would get the panels cut by the company as carrying this out on site does take a while. As a relatively small company with what at the moment (in the UK at least) is a fairly niche product, I wish them all the best in the future. They are providing a product that can reduce heating costs within a building together with speed of construction which can only be a good thing.

As a surveyor and contractor in the building industry i know how hard it is to provide a complete service from the start to the end. Ecologic did just that for my new home, from quote stage to design to sign off to delivery, installation and handover. All excellent.

Very nice people to deal with all round and professional. I was made very welcome when i visited their workshop and one of their sites as part of my due diligence. I hadn't worked with SIPS before but recommend both this company and system. I am confident if any issues did crop up they would be dealt with accordingly. Thank you Ecologic. Al Tweedie

This review comes embarrassingly late (just two years after the build!), but this means that I can say that as well as being really happy with both the product and the support that I received, I'm able to say that the building performs really well too. I built a boiler/utility room (myself!) in my garden and Pete and the whole team were brilliant from start to finish - very patient and very helpful to a novice like me. I got loads of help with the design and then advice on the build after the panels had arrived. I don't hesitate to recommend Ecologic to anyone. Thanks guys.
