The team did a great job at rebuilding my dropshipping store. Rebecca was very professional and answered all my questions patiently. I would love to work with them again.

Bought prebuilt shopify store. Absolutely horrible! Was promised another one as it was buy one prebuilt get one and never received it. Horrible customer service. When I asked for a refund they completely shut off communication. I absolutely do not recommend this ‘ company’ it’s a scam. And the store I did receive was crap. No descriptions for the products. No info. I had no idea where these products are from. Absolutely a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!! Not even 1 star. Stay away!!!!!!!

Please read this review before you go through with your decision to purchase something. Untimely service. Both of my stores were delivered extremely late (it took 2 weeks for them to reach back out to me about my 2nd store, after ignoring my previous email), and when I received them, they were barely optimized/functional for marketing and even selling. The design of the first website was so basic that a 2 year old could create it. They made false promises about "Social Media Posts" to boost engagement, which was never received by me. They also advertise a customized logo for your store, but they didn't provide that either. They also advertise SEO (Search Engine Optimization). What a joke. Please think twice before you order from this company.

I ordered a site on December 20, 2023. They promised it in a few days. After a couple of weeks I emailed support. They responded but the site wasn't done. After a month, support stopped resonded. It's been 2 months, no site, just several hundred dollars lighter :-( I think this busienss may be a scam. Their chat support is offline too, on a business day during busn hours. Watch out!

Recently used Rebecca and team to build my two stores. I absolutely loved both of them. I had a lot of questions and needed extra help as I'm a beginner. Would definitely recommend Ecommerceify.

Their services were recommended in a private dropshipping group that I joined a few weeks ago and decided to give them a try when I finally made up my mind that I wanted to start in the decor niche. They delivered as advertised.

This is scam, paid and never received anything, no website, no money back, no response for multiple emails. Place should be reported to police. Your reply doesn’t make sense , please return my money and stop scamming people. When I was ordering the website delivery time stated 14 days , then this scammers changed it to 21 on the website, when I started to ask questions. Then they said they already sent me a link, and today after 23 days from my order they sent they been working on it, a lot of lies and moreover trying to argue the chargeback. Don’t waste your time and money with this place. Wish I read the reviews about them before I stared to work with them many negative reviews out there.

Lack of communication. Generic Websites. Only gave 26 products even though website states 50-80. Still have not received digital media files i.e. the logo and social advertising posts. Maybe they are still working on it but they don't respond to emails so how would I know. Only sent the websites after threatening them with a chargeback. Didn't transfer ownership until once again asked to do their job in transferring it. These are cookie cutter websites and you will not receive an unique website. Save yourself a headache and your money and use someone else.

If you want to buy a shopify store I would recommend using these folks as personally I had a wonderful experience and I am very happy with my custom store and now I am working on it every day..

Complete scammer. Take your money and give you a piece of website that a 2 year old can make. Trash service. No customer support.

They provided a simple and clean store design for me and my selected niche. My only suggestion is for them to have swifter and faster communication so as to be a more reliable source of help or information. I am also someone who has little knowledge on how Shopify stores are made so I found what they provide on their store contents to be the very basics, and more will still have to be added to keep up with competition nowadays. Overall I'd recommend Ecommerceify for those with no knowledge on how to set up a store and need a jump start to try out in the dropshipping business.

Rebecca and her team did an amazing job at creating my store. They followed all the instructions and even went beyond my expectations.

Excellent customer service and support. Friendly and helpful staff. They go beyond and above for their clients. Really awesome working with them. Will again in the future.
