Paid deposit for my back door installation, noone show up,noone answer phone.No respect for customers.

Avoid this company - EcoSafe Glass.

I signed up to have a carport roof replaced and paid a £400 deposit. I have been chasing them for 6 months.
I called their number a week ago and it was answered by someone then I got a call back from another shady company calling themselves EcoTrade who wanted to do the job, told me that EcoSafe has gone into liquidation but wanted me to pay the deposit again (smelt like a scam and I suspect its the same people so I didnt pay).

There is nothing on companies house or google about EcoSafe going into liquidation or receivership, it shows as an active company. They are also still advertising online

Now when I call their number is goes to a switched off mobile phone.

I'm pursuing with trading standards as my next port of call.

This company has no after care for customers once they have had your money.Seemed fine before they fitted windows which I feel totally ripped off now.Wont even come back to fit an extra window i need doing as they owe me £100.Very disappointed.

This company preys on the vulnerable and elderly, using several misleading and deceptive tactics to convince them to purchase windows. To date they have taken £1,200 from an 80 year old and have not given it back.

They will state on the phone and in-person that the windows are part of a government grant, then get you to sign paperwork saying the complete opposite.

They display false logos on their website stating they are both TrustMark and FENSA approved, yet both organizations deny the company is registered or approved by them.

Better refund the money Azeem and Rimsha, you have messed with the wrong person and legal action will be taken against you.

EDIT: Company responded and said to contact them in response to my review; a full complaint was sent via email and mail and so far has been ignored. The company does not answer the phone and it rings out.

Eco safe glass fitted facias soffits and gutters to my property. They left me with a leaking gutter. I called them and they arranged for someone to call and repair which never happened! I have tried to ring them time and time again and keep getting an answer machine I have left messages and to my surprise I never get an answer. I have offered to collect a piece of gutter from them and have my leaking gutter repaired myself but still no answer. I ring them at least 3 times a day but no answer!!! No after sales service or warranty on their work.

Harassment of a disabled person and no reply to a complaint.

An ok job but had a couple of problems with new handle and lock. Door didn't open afterwards .fitter didn't try and rectify it.seal round window not finished properly.draft coming in. Don't think we will use this company again.

Id like to say eco safe have done a fantastic job for us value for money we got a fantastic deal on the 4 windows we had left to do compared to the price it cost us on the others by safe style

Very satisfied with the work done. Workmen came on time and cleaned up afterwards. We got value for money and would recommend Ecosafe highly
