Appalling service: Late dispatch and customer service ignores emails!
I strongly advise against shopping with Eco Supplies, especially if you are relying on their "Next Day Delivery" for a specific date. I ordered supplies for a weekend event and even called their customer service line immediately after paying to ensure prompt dispatch. Despite their promises (and meeting the criteria for next-day delivery), the order was dispatched late.
The goods missed the weekend entirely, rendering them completely useless to me. I refused the delivery when it was finally attempted, and according to the APC tracking, all 4 parcels have been successfully returned to the Eco Supplies warehouse.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting my refund. The result? Total silence. They have completely ignored every single message and seem perfectly happy to keep both the returned goods and my £. I have now had to escalate this to a formal dispute via PayPal just to get my money back.
If you want to save yourself the stress, lost money, and ruined plans, I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
