I was an early kickerstarter supporter of this project since it caught my interest as it combines both the digital and analog world in a headphone.

After the usual waiting time associated with kickstarter the TH1 arrived and boy oh boy, it delivered and then some. You have both the expected connectivity options (Bluetooth and USB DAC) as well as the unique warm sound which is excellent at mid tones thanks to the tube preamp.

My conclusion after 2y of usage on almost a daily basis: I wouldn't swap it for anything else.
Is it as good as high end $4000 headphones? Probably not and I honestly cannot tell, but it certainly is better than anything in the same price range I have ever heard and it perfectly combines portability with a rich musical experience than you definitely will not get from the stereotypical consumer headphones.

J’ai commandé un câble USB certifié UAC 2.0 sur écouteaudio.com pour 30,95 €, avec la mention “Livraison 0 € – Taxes 0 €”.

À la livraison, j’ai dû payer 33 € supplémentaires pour la TVA et la livraison, ce qui n’avait jamais été indiqué au moment de l’achat.

Mais le pire : le câble ne fonctionne pas correctement. Des craquements apparaissent dès qu’on l’utilise avec une interface audio UAC 2.0, alors qu’un câble lambda sorti de mes cartons fonctionne parfaitement.

Le site précise que les retours sont aux frais du client, vers les États‑Unis, et qu’ils ne remboursent pas la livraison ni les taxes… ce qui rend le processus de remboursement complètement déraisonnable pour un produit à 30 €.

En résumé : marketing trompeur, produit défectueux pour mon usage, frais cachés. Je déconseille fortement pour toute personne souhaitant un achat fiable et transparent.
