I would give zero stars if I could, I have ordered numbing creams on their website which never arrived. I have been contacting customer services and after few months of promising me the product i asked for full refund as I have never received the product and at this point customer service agent Tracy stopped answering to my emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID they are scammers

Great saving on MS Office download. Instructions could have been a bit clearer but download went well

SCAM site. I was lucky enough to get a refund after noticing something very scammy from a purchase.

The item I ordered was a macOS Microsoft Office 2019 package. Just so you know in order to get this you need a code, then go to the official Microsoft website, insert the code, and then you get to install the software.

What happened with this purchase was that the seller gave me a download link via email to a Google Drive file that was so large it could not be scanned for viruses, but also the instructions stated you install the package, and then the serial patcher.

What this means is that you are PAYING for a torrented/pirated software and therefore are being scammed, this is NOT an official software license.

Its just all fake, I ordered a spigen case 4 years ago, it undercut the official price by 5 pounds so i got it, turns out they even make fake cases looooool, im guessing all the yeezys and other branded stuff are fake too, no idea why its 3.7 stars average, ah well lol

Bought a sew/iron on patch of the mayor from nightmare before Christmas.
The patch looks amazing, wasn't as expensive as other places even with shipping.
Plus it came fast and in good condition.
Would definitely use Ecrater again.
