Not so bad
The last 6th of December I ordered a large print, that seemed to be stationary off in China since the 10th of December.
So I wrote to Ecstase email address in order to comprehend what was going on, they replied immediately saying it was normal to experience longer than usual waiting time when checking on tracking number.
But the package doesn't appear to arrive and I continued to ask them for informations, then they offered me to resend the order for free, but a new tracking number never arrived. At last, they seemed replying with automated email and I asked for a complete refund, but then they replied saying that I could choose the courier services between FedEx and UPS to resend the package. Again, I didn't receive the new tracking number, but all of a sudden the order arrived this morning, after 1 month and 4 days waiting and 8 written emails. Anyway, the product is beautiful, the print is awesome and the canvas is well-made.
I wouldn't like to order again on Ecstase, especially for the long waiting time and the clueless customer service's replies, even though the prints they offer are stunning.
