They seem to like to attempt to cause a fatality or two while forcing a merge on the motorway.

Very bad company.
Treat Staff appallingly, very bullying and toxic office. Now they are part of Culina group i went thru their POS depot in 2024 Agency. Never again!!!
Night staff transport guy there rude condescending, day shift up their own backsides. If that's way Culina going then stay away from them. Better places to work. Managers very arrogant dont want listen. Thought the RAF was bad

I live on a road that is no more than 400 metres long and it has quite rightly got a 7.5 Ton Weight Restriction on it. On the Monday 14th October 2024 at Precisely 12-51 PM.
A Stobart HGV well Over 20 tons at the very least came down this Road.
What kind of driver do this Company have if they will not obey clear cut signs that state No HGV over 7.5 Tons?
Disgraceful behaviour in my opinion by the driver. If Stobart need pictures I have them. Please reprimand this driver because he knew what he was doing.
Where are the Police for enforcement? I have Pictures.

They deserve 0 stars! They promised to deliver 12 cars 2day at the garage and didn't keep their promise. When I called them, they clearly didn't care at all about the consequences with my customer. They promise to call me back (twice the same day), but they don't. Not trustworthy at all. Horrible customer service and we are a major account. And this is a light version of what I have experienced.

If I could give this company zero stars I would.

Their staff delivered a Fridge Freezer on behalf of Currys and their staff damaged my floor. They deny responsibility and claim the damage was pre-existing. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Shocking behaviour.

The transport office night staff at Dagenham are not good, no respect for HGV drivers, and the young English lady 'P' on night shift is very rude It's a horrible and stressful place to work at, the planners are always blaming the driver, even if the driver is not at fault, this is due to bad planning. I am glad I do not work there any longer😓 The planners are rude and arrogant, because of their attitude and bullying, I resigned as it was a nightmare working for them, goto hell Eddie Stobart Night-shift office lady (P) and Planner Tony, scumbags.

Great Customer service

Had issues with one the our deliveries, and the customer service controllers at Eddie Stobart helped and resolved the issue so we could accept the delivery.
Really impressed with their professionalism and how polite and helpful they was

How Do They Get Away With It? Eddie Stobart ride rough shod over the general public, damaging property and not caring about what they do. Then they have the audacity to allow themselves to be filmed for TV shows as if they are chilverous lovely cuddly people they are not. They hide behind agencies to handle their claims and dismiss us little people. Please any companies thinking of employing this company to handle your haulage, please think again.

Unprofessional placed with battered trucks, planner(clowns) have no clue what to do good to gain experience if you get in but they are all liars and will try talk down to you infront of people scums

Widnes Port Management
Due to management, Mark died in Widnes Harbour, (we as drivers have to deal with all kinds of stress due to the profession, planners, road users, deadlines between point A and point B, customer expectations, road laws) management needing to lay off or terminate the collaborations with the drivers should stop looking for different reasons to terminate the employment or collaboration contracts to stress the drivers. If economically the management thinks they don't need drivers they should give them notice and let them go, mentally and morally it's not right because drivers suffer a lot and any mistake can lead to death, Mark is an example... RIP

One of they lorries hit my son in his car and drove off, left the scene of the accident.Been nearly a year and still won’t give over the name of driver and registration of the lorry

Rated 1 star if I had a choice I would rate 0 stars. The drivers have no due care and attention to other road users. Then find it funny when they nearly knock you off the road. Then the Eddie stobart don't want to take responsibility for there actions and drivers

Poor units, most of them unsafe for drivers, lack of communication between managers and drivers
To many people and no one takes ownership of the problems

Respectable drivers on the road. Great company
