I'm a new customer (2026) first time buyer. After extensive research into organic food suppliers, Eden stands out! Not only are their products exceptional. But the packaging they come in are healthy and environmentally beneficial. Many come in glass jars, which have zero micro plastics. And are one third the cost to recycle when compared to plastics. The products offered by Eden foods are good for you and good for our environment. I recently ordered a case of organic mustard. When I received the product, there was a packaging problem with 2 of the jars. I contacted the company and sent a couple photos. There was a refund for the two jars before I heard back from them. Exceptional, healthy products that taste better than the multinational producers mass marketed ones I grew up with. And PBS has attacked them for not being weak kneed push overs. For standing on the strength and quality of their products. And building the company on integrity instead of political manipulation and favoritism. And for those who may not know. "Integrity" is simply doing the right thing, because it's the right thing. I will be increasing my purchases from Eden, because integrity is the difference. Politics be dammed! Thank you Eden foods.

Eden doesn't cover contraception for women under their healthcare plan.

Whilst the recipe is the same the size of the bar certainly isn’t. The length and width doesn’t fill out the packet like it used to. Very disappointed.

Eden Foods sells a wonderful whole grain Udon noodle. We ordered a case, 12 boxes.

Upon receipt we noticed that the Best By Date was only four months out. We emailed Eden and protested, stating that we expected the Best By Date would extend out at least a year. They promptly emailed back, regretted our disappointment, and stated their internal policy: 90 days.

We emailed again, saying that we would have to give away about four boxes; their reply was that they regretted that our expectations differed from theirs.

A good product, but terrible customer service. We won’t order from Eden Foods again.

They have ok quality products, but terrible customer service. I have a retail store, I got their product while another brand was out, and when making an order they would not send it. Not a reliable company.

I really like the products of this company. If you care about your nutrition and are concerned about the quality of the products you eat, then Eden is definitely for you. I just love apple butter and only order it from this store. It's very nice that food will be delivered to you directly to your home.

Unhonest Company Don't spend your money here they dont deserve it. Really BAD customer service once things go sideways and no one there will take accountability.

SCAM!!! STAY AWAY! i ordered an item didnt realize it was gonna be a glass jar and trying to return this will cost me Plus $60 and i only payed $80 for this item!. The Customer Service people were no help. the only thing i did was open the tape on the box and saw it was glass and called them to return and they wont give me back my full money.

Just want to leave a review on my experience with an employee named Holmes, I went to pick up my groceries at the Fort Oglethorpe store and had my first encounter with this young man he is exceptional. Walmart should be thankful to have him excellent customer service.

I like the dry shredded daikons because there are no additives not even salt, only Daikon. However this time is not as fresh as the last time I ordered. Also, will you pay attention that the lids of sesame butter are not tight from multiple orders

If I could give this store a 0 I would.. I use to go a lot before but I stopped due to quality being horrible.. so today I tried again and wow bought blueberries they were not eatable.. tried calling no one answers but now I’m done.. fool once fool me twice third time u are written off.. btw super expensive for what they have….

Thanks to Eden Foods for prompt shipment of the 25 lb. bag of dry organic adzuki beans to my home. The beans, of an interesting, uncommon smaller adzuki variety, once sorted through, cleaned and prepared, are delicious! However, I've rated it down a bit because I found too many gray, matte-surfaced beans (instead of red-brown smooth shiny beans) and broken beans in every batch I've cooked, that have just taken too many hours to sort through and throw out before cooking the sorted beans. If Eden Foods can resolve this problem I'm having with their organic adzuki beans, which I haven't had encountered with any of their other types of organic dry beans, I'd like to be able to buy more of their organic adzuki beans!

I’ve been ordering from you for a few years now. Sometimes I can find your beans at a local grocery store but, for the most part, not enough of them so I order online.
Your product is superior to all others. We love bean dishes and your product is organic with PBA free cans.
Now with your beans with all different flavors and brown rice I can make a meal with just adding meat.
I also love the beans with no rice because I can build an entire meal around them.
Your sauerkraut is a true probiotic and delicious too.
You have no rival.
