Ordered wrong strength of liquid and wasn't quick enough to cansel but returned the product and got everything sorted out and exchanged for the wright strength no problem.

Absolutely the most confusing ordering web site I have ever used in 30 years and is not fit for purpose and completely confusing
It took me 1 hour to order 16 item. I tried reordering the last but one order on the orders list and wouldnt allow me which would have saved 55 minutes of the hour wasted.

Thank you for your review. If you're enquiring about our Watermelon Bar Salt please note this, as well as the full Bar Salt range, have been discontinued.
This means once we sell out of a strength/product, we won't be restocking it - this is because we've replaced it with our LIQ range, but I've forwarded your feedback to include more non-ice flavours.
