Amazing pieces ! I ordered and I love . However I cannot wear as they’re too long 😩 ! I Knew they’d b long as it states on sight . Was hoping to bump into a seamstress along the way . so Does anybody have any tips on shortening the jeans so I can actually wear them .

From the start of my enquiries to receiving my order I cannot fault your customer service.
Email replies were pretty much instant with all the help on sizing etc given.
My order came in 2 days 😳how insane is that!!! And that’s with normal delivery I didn’t pay extra for faster delivery. Crazy🤯
The jeans are super stretchy and I think sizing is pretty inclusive from smaller to larger bodies so something for eveyone.
I cannot wait to wear my sparkly jeans, and I’m literally about to order some sparkly shorts for the hotter weather.

I had pre ordered 2 pairs of sparkly jeans, I waited for 8 weeks before they fulfilled the order. Then they sent the order via “Evri” an unknown carrier service, and after waiting another 2 weeks for it to get to the US, they said they delivered my order and they DID NOT!!

I have security cameras and can provide proof that the jeans were NEVER delivered.

So I contacted the shop and the owner said she would replace my order, and when I reached out to find out if she had mailed my order and get a tracking number from them, she tells me they didn’t have any on stock and I would have to wait even longer!

I said NO because I had already been waiting for 3 Months for an order that never came and I demanded a full refund. So we’ll see how long it takes for be to get that back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This place does not value your business!

I wanted to RAVE about this company's customer service. I bought my order May 2, 2025 for an event June 6, 2025. I was worried about the delivery date since I am in the US and understand international shipping takes longer. I emailed May 5, 2025 and got a response same day (despite it being a holiday for them) stating they would look into it the following business day due to holiday. They actually emailed me back the next day on May 6, 2025 stating my order is on it's way. I was highly impressed and eternally grateful. I can't wait for my item to come. I KNOW AM UP TO OWNING SEVEN PIECES OF SPARKLY GOODNESS FROM THIS COMPANY AND I HAVE TO SAY THE QUALITY IS AMAZING. THE JEAN MATERIAL IS THICK AND THE CRYSTALS ARE ATTACHED VERY WELL. I AM 5'7" TALL AND WEIGH 115 LBS. AND I WEAR A SIZE SMALL IN EVERYTHING I HAVE OORDERED AND THEY FIT PERFECT. I HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS BEFORE PLACING EACH ORDER BECAUSE IT WOULD BE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ME TO SEND ITEMS BACK TO EXCHANGE. BOTH EMILY AND SALLY MADE MY EXPERIENCE A DELIGHT. THE GOT BACK WITH ME EVERY TIME VERY QUICKLY AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS THOUROUGHLY. I WOULD GIVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AN ELEVEN ON A SCALE OF ONE TO TEN. IF YOU ARE NERVOUS ABOUT ORDERING DON'T BE. I HOPE THEY KEEP COMING OUT WITH NEW STUFF SO I CAN BUY MORE.

Order 3567: This website is a complete scam. After waiting three weeks for my delivery, customer service refuses to issue a refund. I then receive an email from Chronopost saying my order will only be delivered if I pay €74 in customs fees. All this for an order I already paid €164 for and customs fees were never mentioned at any point. They still refuse to refund me. This is a scam, do not order from them.

Quality of the clothes from here is amazing, but their customer service is impeccable!! Absolutely no hassle to sort exchanges or returns and super helpful. Would recommend buying from here!!

Ordered silver diamanté wide leg jeans. When they arrived lots of the diamantés had fallen off in the bag. The jeans were really heavy and the fit was too long (I’m an 5 ft 7 size 10) and not the quality I was expecting. Returned them within window Emily shared, and then haven’t had a refund within 20 days despite asking politely for updates on my case. Don’t seem to care that they’re currently going against consumer regulations. Really disappointed, would not recommend

Amazing customer service!

I recently ordered an item from EdgyLittlePieces and when I tried it on I realised I needed a smaller size. I emailed their customer service address and I had a reply virtually straight away. They gave me simple instructions on how their exchange system works and within a week I had received the smaller size. Really polite and informative. Can’t fault them at all. Will definitely be buying off them again.

The items I ordered arrive perfectly packaged. The jeans are to die for and are so sparkly. I can’t wait to wear them for my 40th Birthsah party. I did need a smaller size and the customer service were brilliant. The got back to me very quickly and exchange was done just as quick.

Ordered a pair of sparkly jeans before Christmas, they’re the most amazing piece of clothing I own, I can’t tell you how happy they make me. Men and women were complimenting them! For someone who’s never main character, these jeans force you into the spotlight lol! I was telling everyone where to order from.
Also just ordered a sparkly mini skirt for summer and I can’t wait to wear it!
