I am very unhappy with this company. I ordered DIAMANTÉ COVERED STRAIGHT LEG JEANS for what I thought was 66.99, then see they charged me 85.43 because they are Brittish company. Ok, fine, then I get the jeans and the size 10 is way too small (looks like the style runs small) I email them back and ask how to exchange them for a bigger size and they say "I’m so sorry we don’t offer an exchange service for overseas customers. The process would be really lengthy due to the shipping times particularly over the holiday season. " Then another person emails me and tells me yes, I can return them, they give me the address, I go to the post office and it will cost 47.50 plus any customs fees to send them back! What?? That is half of what I paid for them!! So I don't send them back and now I have to eat the 85.43 and have a beautiful pair of jeans I CANNOT wear. Awesome. I do not know how that last review said there was no problem with his EXCHANGE and mine can't be exchanged without a bunch of red tape. I will never buy outside the United States again. Completely dissapointed.

Very nice customer service, they answered my email right away when I wanted to do an exchange and did it in a very small amount of time. Also, I really like the clothes they sell and the quality is amazing🤩

The customer service was excellent , I ordered the wrong jeans for my girlfriend so I asked if they could get exchanged for the correct pair she wanted. They were more than happy to help make the exchange happen! All my questions were answered fast and to a good extent. Will be shopping again 🫡

Amazing clothing and even better customer service

Not a great experience so far. Jeans were a Christmas present and have a hole in them. I've been told a new pair will be sent once I send them back but they don't seem in any rush to make sure I get them in time for Christmas. Currently awaiting a response back as the pre paid return they have sent me requires a printer and I don't have one.

Update - have replied today and sorted my return. Confirmed new jeans will be sent out on the next working day. I am happy this has been resolved.

I am writing this review solely based on the customer service thus far, not on the items yet delivered. I have been working with the team on getting my item delivered to the US and they have been really swift to respond to my questions. I cannot wait until my item arrives!

Ordered the light grey wide leg diamanté jeans and they are absolutely stunning. Perfect size/fit and quality. Love them!

I was super excited to order an outfit after seeing their videos on instagram. Out of excitement I had an over sight on sizing. I ordered the wrong sizes for the US, but no worries. Emily was quick to help and I was able to reorder the correct size.

Customer service was great, Emily was very helpful with making sure I got my order in time for my party even with a shipment delay, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Order came in a timely manner and were stunning, however I needed the next size up. I emailed and had an almost instantaneous reply from Emily. After sending my item back as instructed, I was informed when they reached the warehouse and that the exchange item was on its way. They fit amazing!

Fab customer service! Had previously emailed about some beautiful out of stock diamanté jeans, Emily was so kind to email me back letting me know they was back in stock for me to order! Very happy I got my hands on a pair before they sold out again.

I placed an order this evening
I had to send an email to query a few things and Emily replied to me pretty much straight away. Communication is great and I can’t wait to receive my item!
