Die Größen sind nicht so, wie sie beschrieben wurden, bzw. in der Tabelle stehen. Rücksendung kostet 9€ statt der angegebenen 4€. Bezahlen kann man die Rücksendung nur mir Kreditkarte. Ich habe keine. Könnte zwar eine eigene Methode wählen, aber da auf der Seite nkcht steht, wo die Rücksendung hingeht kann ich mich nicht über Preise informieren. Es wird ein 6€ Bonus angeboten, wenn man einen Gutschein als Rückzahlung nimmt. Weiß nur nicht, ob ich da nochmal bestellen möchte, wenn man die Größen nicht einschätzen kann

I also want to mention that there is a fake ed hardy site that will take your card info and add it to Apple Pay and steal your money.

I wish I would’ve red the reviews here before purchasing from them. I emailed several times and no one has responded. I ordered my daughter’s Christmas present before Christmas. Had to rebuy similar outfits from DTLR in a panic, only for the order to arrive after Christmas with one entire outfit missing. There is no way to reach out to a live human being for a refund on the missing outift, only an email. This has to be illegal. Please do not purchase from them. I will post a comment on their Instagram page as well.

A large portion of my mom’s Christmas order a couple hundred dollars worth of clothing was missing when it arrived. She has emailed customer service multiple times regarding this situation with no response, despite their site claiming replies within 48 hours. Weeks later, there has still been no communication or resolution. Extremely disappointing customer service be cautious when ordering.

I ordered a XL hoodie for my boyfriend and he opened it on Christmas only for them to send the same hoodie in women's sizing! On the shipping label it says mens XL and on the hoodie tag it says women's XL! I emailed them 6 times it's been over a week with 0 response. Horrible company.i will never order from them again. To top it off I am normally a women's size medium and this XL HOODIE runs like a XS. IT LOOKS like a kids hoodie. Awful. I don't think I can even resell this.

Terrible company. As many have mentioned before, they do not respond to emails and there’s basically no way to contact them any other way to report issues. I ordered on 12/24 and it’s been over a week with no response from them other than an email stating “you have great taste.” They charged my card but I’ve not heard anything else about my order. I’m not sure how they’ve been around for so long when they treat their customers like this. There are better companies out there that are worth giving your hard earned money to but Ed Hardy Originals ain’t it.

I placed an order on Dec 15th for a Christmas gift. There was no communication from the company for six days so I emailed them asking about the status of my order. They responded with "confirmed" and a fed ex tracking number, indicating that it would be delivered by Dec 26th. Not super helpful to sit on the order for 6 days and not have it arrive in time for Christmas. I then received a notification on Christmas Eve that my order had been canceled with no explanation. Wow. Impressively bad customer service and communication. I will not be ordering from them again.

I made a purchase for a front zip hoodie and sweatpants. I selected size medium for the hoodie because according to the size chart on the website a medium is 6-8 which would technically fit large on me being that I’m size 0-2. The medium fits like an XS, is too small and uncomfortable. The sweat pants are completely flawed and irregular. The right leg fits tighter and is longer than the left leg, also, the seam on the backside area is visibly crooked. The sweatpants are very uncomfortable and feel like they’re twisted. This is completely unacceptable. There is no way that I should be purchasing defective items directly from the company. This poor quality is what the company sells to DD’s Discounts. On top of that there is only one way to contact which is an email address. I’ve sent 2 messages and they have not responded.

Bottom line, they sell defective items, and the quality is trash. Don’t waste your time.

Did not receive my full order, one item was missing. Order arrived extremely late! They do not answer emails!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!

Nowhere on the site does it mention the ACTUAL return policy beyond needing to email customer service so to find out I am needing to pay for shipping return is a bit in poor taste.

I needed a different size in some jackets so I asked about a price adjustment since I got them on sale. The answer was no, okay whatever, your business your practice I suppose. But being a big company based off of the tattoo industry, an industry composed of an obviously only recently more accepted audience in society and putting return shipping fees onto the consumer seems a little big corporation greed considering Ed Hardy merch can be found at major stores such as DollsKill and Urban Outfitters. Tattoos can be quite expensive and understandably so for the permanent artwork that capable artists provide so while I understand supporting artwork and paying a price, a normally priced $69 jacket that went on sale for $40 something WAS within my budget, mind you I DID look at sizing because I am anywhere from a size 0 to 5 in jeans and XS - L in tops depending on brands because we all know women's sizing is anything but consistent. So to order a jacket that the sizing chart said would fit like a 2-4 and then be told I have to pay return shipping fees because that is not something EXPLICITLY said on the website, I somewhat feel the need to return the entire order because the sum experience was not pleasant in handing over money to then have the items not fit and then be told I have to pay to return them.

My jeans came in a few days-a week after ordering and the sizing is great, so is the material! I don’t know what everyone else is talking about when they said they didn’t receive their stuff seeing as this is a brand that’s been around for a long time and it’s known throughout the US.

Definitely a scam , I never received my order and you can only contact customer service by email and they never respond ! Do not buy from edhardyoriginal ! Your better off buying from fashion nova .

Disgusting, I have ordered start of november for Christmas payed $130 I have not received my items saying in transit but not moved from this for 10 days I’ve tried to contact them in various ways and no one responds, looks like I have lost my money and a Christmas gift

I had a very frustrating experience with ed hardy. When you open the site you get pop up window offering 20%off if you register. So I did. But I never received a discount. Before purchasing I wrote customer support to ask for help with this promised 20% off. They gave me run around with mundane solutions such as checking my spam folder, etc. So bottom line customer support could not care less and did not resolve the issue, did not offer a solution. I firmly believe that it’s scam/false advertisement there is no discount upon signing up. It’s just a trick to get you purchase. I can’t not stress enough how incompetent and inept customer service in this company. Beware! I imagine if there’s a serious issue they are completely useless.

horrible company, doesn't quality control anything. Poor customer service that's basically run by 16-year-olds.
