Great friendly helpful staff! Had a medical examination for my Australian Visa at 11:30 and was out but 12:15.

Edinburgh Clinic Cares. A comfortable, stress free outpatient appointment for an ultrasound was carried out in a comfortable, caring environment and proved to be a reassuring experience. No parking issues, comfortable area to wait in with a cup of tea or coffee and papers and magazines to read. Wish all hospital appointments could be like this.

Unique - Different - Memorable: not words used often to describe healthcare these days!
These words all apply to The Edinburgh Clinic.
Having had cateract surgery on both eyes over the winter was a life changing experience. Not only can I see properly again but those who carried out the procedures are part of an organisation that inspires confidence and left me feeling cared for and enthusiastic.
I would recommend this place of excellence to anyone needing eye treatment.

I had a big accident involving a horse and broke my Femur, I had it fixed but the surgeon I had in in AYR not EDINBURGH was worse than hopeless. The metal work she put in failed. She said I was too fat for what she wanted to do. I had so many problems. I got referred to Mr Tim White and it was the best thing to happen to me. He fixed everything that was wrong with my leg, my leg was a mess, it was shorter than the other, the wound was awful. The other thing was I was maybe around a stone and a half HEAVIER than I was when I got my surgery in Ayr and he had no problem fixing me up. He is extremely good and a very talented man.
The other thing I like about him is he actually cares about you as a person and individual and is down to earth and very humble. I would recommend him very highly.

Had to have a chest x ray so instead of going to the local NHS health centre and as I had private medical insurance I thought I would use the Edinburgh Clinic. My husband had used them a couple of years before and with some difficulty managed to pay using the same medical insurers. I rang the clinic got a referral from my GP and also provided them with the authorisation number and they gave me an appointment. I was not impressed by the negativity as soon as I arrived as they suddenly had never heard of my insurance company and therefore I had to pay and claim it back. Condenscending attitude and I was paying for a service but at the clinic you felt unwelcome.
I was escorted to the imaging area and directed to a small room to change which I did. Ten seconds later I was told that was it and was left to dress without being directed to the reception ( yet other bigger cashcows definately were getting a higher level of customer service)
I will never go again - I will choose Spire next time as they at least treat you with some customer care despit how you look. Avoid.

Thank you to Dr Singh and all the staff at Edinburgh clinic. After having cataract operation on both eyes my sight is amazing. All the doctors and staff are extremely professional yet are friendly and make you feel comfortable at all times.

After doing extensive research I chose Dr Terrina Dickson to perform my vasectomy procedure. I found her to have by far the most experience in the area having carried out several thousand procedures with very low complication rates. That said I was absolutely terrified (typical man!!) but the lovely staff made it as relaxing as it could be .... recovering in very nice surroundings, drinking sweet tea and scoffing chocolate biscuits.

I fed back my fear and now know that they offer the procedure under some sedation ..... in my next life I’m having that !!

Dr Tint operated on a cataract in my right eye on 13/09/17. I am entirely satisfied and delighted with the result. After the surgery I have excellent reading ability for even tiny letters. I would really like to thank Dr Tint and his colleagues for their care and attention and overall excellent support and work during surgery and post surgery.

I will not hesitate to return to ask Dr Tint to cover work on my left eye when the time is right.

I have always been able to rely on The Edinburgh Clinic. The staff is super friendly. The place is bright and clean. I have been a patient there now for three years. All doctors and nurses are very professional. Special shout out to Dr Dickson!

I found the staff very professional and polite, the facility is bright, spacious and clean and everything has always been on time.
My consultant Mr Tim White is a very professional man and I am very happy with my interactions with him.

I have no reservation in giving the Edinburgh Clinic a 5 star rating and recommending it to everyone who considers it as an alternative to your normal route to medical treatment.

From my initial assemment with Mr Burns to operation day to being discharged with Ali was absolutely excellent. The care and attention I received at the clinic surpassed all expectation (which were already v high). Everybody I met was kind, professional, thoughtful and obviously top of their games professionally.

I was quite nervous at the start and there really was no need as at every stage the nurses, doctors and technicians were so lovely and reassuring. I tried to write down everyone who I came in to contact withs names' so that I can feedback to the senior management what an exceptional staff you have (apologies if I've missed anyone): Mr Burns, Ali, Dr Beatie, Monique, Andrew (who let me have the bear hugger a little bit longer when I was a bit cold!!) and Maddie.

Although I hope not to need more surgery, if I ever did, I really hope it's with the staff above again.

From the amazing Bookings and Reception Ladies to the Clinical staff my Mother was cared for extremely well. In particular I would like to say a big Thank You to Louise, Craig and Dr Tint for their care and expertise.

I accompanied my very elderly and immobile mother to have an eye examination. This resulted in her having a minor eye procedure which was carried out on the same day thus saving my mother having to return on another day. It was fantastic that the doctor made time to do this. Added to that the procedure was successful and improved her sight which obviously greatly enhances her quality of life. Special thanks to Dr Jas Singh and Craig Macdonald for their expertise and patience in helping my mother.

I was very satisfied with the whole experience of being treated at the Edinburgh Clinic. I went initially to have a cataract removed in one eye and was so delighted with the outcome that I immediately arranged for the other eye to be done too. Dr Tint did a marvellous job on both. All the staff were very professional, helpful and friendly, putting me at my ease for the procedures.

Excellent consultation advice, surgery and post op follow up service. Fitted into my schedule ,two cataract ops done within eight days of each other between two holidays. Company need better clarity of quoted costs and web costs. All in all, well worth the money. I can now see my golf ball leaving the club and heading to the woods! RR

I had a cataract done here two years ago and recently had laser surgery. The relaxing atmosphere and caring staff made me feel very reassured. Everything was clearly explained and Dr Tint did a brilliant job on both occasions. It was well worth every penny for such excellent treatment. I had my BA on monday there and the second i walked in the door i knew i had chosen the right place. The care level from staff and nurses was exceptional they couldnt do enough for you!. Put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Heres hoping in 10 years time when they need replaced its all the same people. Cant thank everyone enough! If i lived closer id of handed in a card and a big box of chocolates for everyone. X
