I am a landlord and have let my flat via ELC for a number of years. During that time I have had two tenants. Both were carefully selected by ELC and have been good tenants. The first couple stayed for ages and when they moved on to buying their first property, ELC found another excellent tenant without any void period. They are prompt with actioning any repairs required by tenants and prompt in keeping me informed. They are prompt in issuing statements and payments. The team are all lovely and helpful and know the local market well. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

Amazing experience finding a flat through ELC! Fraser was very proactive in helping us find a beautiful new home. Claudia, too, was super friendly and accommodating when it came to arranging a viewing. Communication with ELC is fast and effortless, they really go above and beyond for their customers. This company really stands out from the vast sea of Edinburgh letting agencies.

Leak coming in my property from the flat above which they manage. No answer at the flat so tried to contact the Edinburgh Letting Centre but their emergency number closes at 5 (not an emergency number). Absolutely no contact or response when asking for updates. Shocking customer service. How hard is it to send a quick email update!!

I have been using ELC full management service since 2019 they have great team work and very responsive to any query arisen, Daniel; propery maintenance manager very communicable and vigilant about property maintenance issues and recommend best option for most cost effective solution for the property ,Claudia ;contract manager who had very insight of the market and recommend best price to approach to advertise for time being, I had so much headache using previous agent but I am very happy to be with them ,I would highly recommend Join ELC full management service they are upmost professional and cost is very transparent.

I have been their client for a number of years since 2015. All staff are efficient and always keep me informed. Any problem was resolved quickly. The charge is very competitive too. I have a dedicated staff whom I've dealt with in long term. It helps build a good relationship with my agent. Overall, I'm very happy with the ELC and would recommend it.
