Authorised a small amount on Apple Pay and a much higher amount got charged off my card, AVOID, ITS A SCAM

I never ordered from this company. Today I got an email advising parcel status...obviously en route from China...I contacted PayPal to raise a complaint and in the questions I had to answer were several purchases for gift cards!!! Paypal has raised a case against these scammers and I've changed all passwords.AVOID at all costs or it will cost you

The mug I received is clearly not the same as the product advertised on the website. The listing shows a structured mug shaped like stacked books, whereas the item delivered is a simple painted glass mug. This means the product is not as described.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must match their description.

Legal process has been initiated

Ordered a game from this company. They took over £5 more from my card than the total order was. I contacted them immediately and asked to cancel the order and refund which they refused to do. They then advised that they could refund the additional money they took from my card. I am still waiting for this refund.
TERRIBLE COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I bought a visor for my car that is supposed to cut out the glare. Where or not it works, I don't know as it's impossible to fit. Very cheap bit of plastic, total waste of money. Beware of this company

I bought the stained glass book cup and there's no books on it just a stained glass tea cup that looks awful, nothing like advertised.

Liars and thieves!! They say shipping is free from UK, when infact they are in China, charge a lot for postage AND charged me for 2 separate orders for the same brush ... at 2 different prices!!! Dont buy from them!!!

I ordered a highland cow cachcutierie board at least 6 weeks ago I asked for a refund as when you go on to track parcel it’s not even left the states yet yet they are telling me it’s in Cambridge.

Ordered a little wooden man over six months ago. It never arrived, despite chasing mnay times. Tracking just said it was stuck in Belfast warehouse. This is a lie, total scam, do not ever order from this company, one star is too generous. Avoid like the plague.

I purchased a funny picture of Mona Lisa holding her nose (it is supposed to be fitted in a toilet), after much emailing to this company, and given updates as to where and when my parcel would be delivered (took over a month to get to the UK allegedly). Then it was allegedly stuck in a warehouse in Oxford, when I asked who the UK carrier would be, I was sent an updated email stating that the post office could not deliver as no one at home, I am at home 27/7 due to retirement. They did email back saying that if I paid again, including postage they would send another. Total scam. I did reply asking for a phone number, address of their company etc to no avail. Does anyone know of any real contact details.

Ordered a product for £13.99. They then charged me three times with additional charges making item cost £70!! Won’t let me cancel. Used a credit card not debit for safety but struggling to get refund through them.

After a very long delivery time received goods that has parts missing. Unable to get replacement in time for Christmas and refused to give refund. Do NOT buy from this company!😡

Absolute scammers, avoid at all costs

Purchased a musical giraffe that moves it head. Unfortunately it falls over once it starts to play music or talk. I email the co and they said unfortunately it's been more than 15 days since delivery. I did contact then within this time with order no and reference they wanted proof of postage. They posted it to me 🤔. I sent them a video as requested to no avail, they then offered $1 as good will. Terrible company. Terrible item. Not as described and awful after care.
DO NOT BOTHER TO PURCHASE FROM THEM. WASTE OF MONEY

Items arrived 5 weeks later (one item damaged), after me chasing the company twice and opening case on PayPal. Company stopped responding when I requested to cancel the order as this takes too long and requested refund. One item will go to the bin, It will cost me more to return this Item than to buy from somewhere else. Please, do yourself a favour, save the hassle and order from somewhere else. Prices on other sites are at least 30% cheaper.

SCAM ALERT !

they have a very distinct way of cheating you. They advertise the product with a price tag. The payment approval page will show the same price. Then they add shipping charges which is more than the item itself which is not shown on approval. But when you complete payment BAMMMM!!!
for reference - product worth 5.99. Delivery god knows how much. Amount deducted 13.99. Invoice provided 11.19.
I wanted to cancel the order. There is no such provision. They didn’t cancel it. Instead appeared to refund 2.8 gbp and sent an edited image of the refund. Not a numbered invoice. ABSOLUTE SCAM. THATS A 13.99 I will never see. A business built on cheating and scamming will never thrive. I hope it crashes and burns.

I bought a Vintage Floral Pattern Tea Thermos – Built-In Infuser from this company for a birthday gift. The package arrived poorly wrapped and the box was damaged. I removed the product because I considered keeping it myself however I unscrewed the lid to inspect the inside and the lid would not screw back onto the thermos, thus making it unfit for purpose. I reported this immediately, sent photos and was offered a £2 refund. I explained that the product was off no use and offered me a £5 refund. Totally useless, I would not recommend buying from them
