I had a very disappointing experience with Edureka. The course content was outdated, poorly structured, and did not match the expectations set during enrollment. After paying a significant amount, I found the quality of teaching and learning materials to be far below industry standards.

Customer support was not helpful in resolving my concerns, and I felt that the promises made before purchase were misleading. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and time. I would not recommend Edureka to anyone looking for high-quality professional training.

They are scammers , they mislead you while selling the course , for example you can enroll in any batch any times , I told that I am not comfortable in weekend they still enroll me in weekend batch, when I try to reach my sells person he is not answering my msg

It’s a completely fraud organization. They had the 7days money back guarantee. After making full payment, I tried to contact them immediately from Day1. They never picked up the call nor responded my mail for 7days. On the 8th day they picked up the call and said, I should have contacted them within 7days.

They promised “life time access” for all course however immediately they stopped this after receiving payment. It’s the biggest fraud company in education sector. Never ever enroll any course from this company. High possibility is that they change the name and come back with a new name. FRAUDS

They are scammers
False/fake promises of giving you lifetime access to their study material and once your course finished within few months you will loose everything
You can't download videos, can't download PDFs and you won't have nothing after investing huge sum of money

Edureka my foot 🦶

I subscribed to their live Platinum courses about two years ago and paid several thousand dollars for access. Later, they called me and informed me that they had sold the company to another business, and as a result, I would no longer have access to the courses I had already paid for.

In my opinion, this was very unfair and disappointing. I would not recommend buying courses from them. They are a scam. There are much better and more reputable learning platforms available, such as Udemy, where you can often find live timeaccess high-quality courses at a fraction of the cost.

DO NOT USE EDUREKA. They operate like absolute frauds. I paid for a couple of courses 1.5 years ago and haven't seen a single class yet. Their support team is a dead end, operating under internal policies that are clearly designed to trap students' money rather than provide actual solutions. The sales team will promise you the world, but the actual delivery is non-existent. Be warned before trusting them with your professional development.

WARNING: Edureka Cancelled Live DevOps Masters Program, Refusing Refunds, and Attempting Forced Upselling.

I am writing this to alert the community about an ongoing issue and unfair trade practices by Edureka. Last year, I enrolled and paid full tuition for the Live DevOps Masters Program.After multiple attempts to contact them to find out when classes would start, they completely ignored my communication for months. They recently replied stating that they no longer offer this course. Instead of issueing a refund for a service they failed to deliver, they are trying to force me to upgrade to a completely different course that I do not want or need, demanding an additional payment.They are strictly refusing to refund my money for a course they cancelled on their end. Please be careful before paying for any "Live" programs here. You risk losing your money with zero support.

They are fraud not even ask for feedback of the class

Iam very disappointed with Edureka’s service. I have been a long-time learner and enrolled in the Tech Masters Program, which originally included all master courses for a single price with live classes as well as I have enrolled individual many live courses. Recently enrolled for Advanced Devops certification with AI also. Now they are not giving response through emails as well as not picking up the calls for batch change etc.After spending so much amount no response at all.

Edureka has disabled the traditional Support function and replaced it with community chats. I am not sure how they expect standard support issues to be handled through community discussions, and it does not seem like an effective substitute for proper assistance.

There is also a major issue with their self‑paced video learning. Some presenters speak very quickly and skim through the slides without explaining them properly. I am still able to learn the material, but only if the PPT files are made available and downloadable. For example, in the Python Programming Certification Course that I am currently taking, the instructors race through the slides, yet the actual PPT files are not accessible. As I mentioned, none of the PPT files are downloadable, presumably to “protect” the material. However, that reasoning does not hold up when similar content is widely available online and easily accessible through modern AI tools

Complete scam.. We got enrolled in AI course which was for non-technical people but when we attended the first class we found it that we have been enrolled for a different course which is for software developers. Their sales team make sure that they lure you with all sorts of promotions & discount. They give you fake promises & now when i asked for refund, they are saying they don't have any policy to refund. We enrolled for members, paid close to 1 lac ruppee for nothing. They are a bunch of cheaters & should be punished legally.

I had a very disappointing experience with this organization. The sales team made commitments that were not honored. I was informed that the course would begin on March 14th, but as of the end of May, it has still not started.

In the meantime, I was redirected to another course with significantly lower training quality. The teaching standards did not meet expectations, and despite raising concerns about the trainer, no corrective action was taken.

I paid ₹1,05,000 for this program, expecting professional and structured learning, but the overall experience has been far from satisfactory. I would strongly advise others to thoroughly verify all details before enrolling.

I would suggest to invest the money in any other course, I enrolled in PGP and Its very bad. I paid 500 USD for PGP in Gen AI And ML and its worse than Udemy Courses. Instructor will just read the slide. No Q&A since everyone will be muted. Please invest your money somewhere else.

Be very careful.. they take your payment and no service as you expect. And no refund though they don't provide any service to you. Fraudulent response as per my experience. I joined their Birchwood program paying several thousands dollars. They demand me attendance at 2:00 AM my time for the classes, which is unacceptable to me. And I am struggling to get a refund of my 2+ Years program that I paid. This is a true experience. They promise it will all be convenient and online, in reality, they don't care your timezone and you will not have a work life balance.

I enrolled in Edureka’s PGP AI program, which was marketed as being offered in collaboration with Illinois Tech. During enrollment, the communication suggested that a degree‑level credential with transcripts would be provided. However, after completing all tests (scoring above 80%) and submitting the final project, I have not received any certificate or clear update.

Throughout the program, the information provided was inconsistent.
- The website showed 0 pending assignments, but the mobile app displayed low assignment percentages even though no assignments were ever communicated, assigned, or discussed in any class.
- Initially, I was told attendance was not mandatory and tests were optional for working professionals, but later the requirements seemed to change without clear explanation.
- Instructor quality varied significantly, and toward the end, sessions became repetitive and theory‑heavy.

The most concerning issue is the complete lack of response after course completion.
I have sent multiple emails, created tickets, and even escalated to the parent company, but I have not received any meaningful reply. The ticket emails I receive contain no actual link or details, making them unusable.

At one point, a coordinator mentioned that a portion of learners do not receive their certificate for unclear reasons, which was extremely worrying.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise prospective students—especially those outside India—to be cautious and verify all details directly before enrolling. My intention is simply to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I am writing trustpilot review BEWARE: Scam company

You will get hundreds of mail for different programs with different prices. The price on website is hyped currently showing $2500 for their PG AI with Illinoi Tech uni but you can get the course for $500. They claimed to provide a PG DEGREE from Illinoi Tech University along with transcripts but in actual they would not even give you a certificate.

Their staff will respond to your queries and may behave nicely for initial 2 months till you can claim your money through various disputes after that you dont exist for them.

The instructors will change initially for every module. You may get good instructor initially so that you stay but later you will realize where you WASTED your money. Last few modules was given to same instructor with repetitive theory session after session. When you find that you have same instructor, you would have realized that the instructor is the worst of their lot.

I have sent requests, warnings, created tickets as they withheld my so called degree&transcripts but no responses from edureka+Vedanta+Illinoi tech, so beware, as no body picks the customer service calls. If you are in US you are CHEATED by the scammers or be ready for the experience.

There is no link, no description, just a vague message, the ticket has no meaning.

Once the coordinator told me that around 30% do not get degree/certificate for reasons not exactly known and you could be one of them. One reason he gave was for attendance while they claim attendance doesn't matter.

Initially during subscription times, they will say you dont need to give the tests as this program is for workimg professionals , no mandatory attendance but final project is mandatory. All of a sudden., they will change it, so be AWARE be CAREFUL. It is one of India's SCAM companies. There is no assignments in the class or out of the class which you can submit. They will scam a reason to withhold your degree..

Grievance id or officer is dumb, deaf, blind, won't respond.

I am writing to follow up on my previous ticket (#987103), which I raised on April 1st. Unfortunately, I have not received any response so far on the Batch Scheduling request and the Complementary courses to be added on the Portal as promised.

If you’re looking for a masterclass in how not to run an online learning platform, Edureka absolutely delivers.

I enrolled in their PG AI/ML course with decent expectations. Big mistake. Once they’ve taken your money, you’re basically on your own. I completed all my projects, did everything required—and then… silence. No communication, no clarity on certification, nothing. It’s almost impressive how efficiently they can disappear when it actually matters.

Their “support system” deserves a special mention—mainly because it barely exists. Responses are either painfully delayed or completely irrelevant, as if no one actually reads your query. You end up chasing them for basic information that should have been proactively shared.

And the teaching quality? Let’s just say “poor” would be generous. Unstructured sessions, lack of depth, and instructors who don’t seem particularly invested. For a course that markets itself as “professional” and “advanced,” the delivery is shockingly underwhelming.

Customer satisfaction clearly isn’t even on their priority list. It feels less like a learning platform and more like a one-way transaction: they get paid, and you get frustration.

Overall, a thoroughly disappointing experience. Would not recommend—unless you enjoy paying for confusion, delays, and zero accountability.

The instructors are below average and lack depth in their teaching. Most explanations are surface-level, and questions are often not addressed properly, making it hard to truly understand the material.

Changing batches is unnecessarily difficult. Instead of being flexible, the process is rigid and frustrating, which shows a lack of concern for students’ schedules.

There is also a constant push for additional payments without clear value. It feels more like a money-driven setup than a genuine learning platform.

On top of that, communication is poor—responses are delayed or unclear, which adds to the overall frustration.

Overall, the experience feels unorganized and not student-focused. I would not recommend enrolling—there are much better options available.
