Still can't log in to the site or app. Contacted the school who have stated they are having major issues with the provider ad the app and sit is not responding. The school are outstanding £££s in payments due for this term and no parents can pay on it. The school doesn't have a cash option at present so they're footing the bill until this ridiculous system is fixed.
I constantly have battles with it - constantly telling me my login details are incorrect even though I spent an age changing them all the last time I logged in due to the same issue.
This payment system needs whole redesign as its not user friendly and very unreilable. I have things to pay for such as Dinners, swimming clubs etc and I'm unable to. Its a joke and the school need to move away from this provider/system

Everytime I make a payment on this thing, it asks me for more money?? I’m a highly educated person but I’m struggling with it. It’s completely unfit for purpose. I can’t work it out. I just contact the school to see how much I owe as I honestly don’t trust this app.

I gave notice on the Teachers2Parents contract over a year ago and it ends 01/01/25. Unfortunately the new system I need to use doesn't start until February and they won't let me roll the contract for one more month, I have to be tied in for another 12 months. Really poor form considering they won't need to do anything and they would get an extra months money out of me. Really underhand. I was a loyal customer for around ten years and this is how they treat you!

Once again I'm unable to log into the site, all the details are correct as they were saved from the last eventual log in which I remember took quite a while. Have tried to change the password to see if that was the problem and still says it is incorrect. No site I have ever used has been this long winded and frustrating. Last time the payment went through ok once I got on the site hence two stars.

Only had the mispleasure of tyring to use this for two days. Shambles, poor UX/UI whoever is putting this forward in the education board as a solution is a disgrace.

My son's school uses this as an online way to for parents to book clubs and pay for school items however it is massively user unfriendly...the biggest problem is that it can't handle many users at a time therefore come the start of term, trying to book anything renders it almost useless in capacity. It needs fixing and updating to accommodate it's actual purpose.

Information posted is not easily accessible and had to contact my son's school to get the information that they tried to send me through Eduspot.

Eduspot wasn't helpful and thus referred me back to the school.

Eduspot flagged my previous 1* review as being fake and thus trustpilot removed the review. Reposting this 1* review to highlight that this is from personal expereince, just like the other negative reviews about this product/service.

They double charged me for a payment and they don't have any communication method to get it back. You can look everywhere and they dont have any way to retrieve the funds other than via the bank. If you have the issue you should contact your bank and tell them you wish to charge back the funds as theres nothing else you can do.

I was waiting about 20min for getting in touch with someone from office, finally someone answer and i was trying explain him about my issues but he just hang off!! So zero stars for customer service!!

It's crap. Doesn't put payments through. 3 attempts now. Doesn't show info clearly. Very unclear transactions display. Confusing. Difficult booking system, can't tell what has been paid and when for. Extremely hard work so imagine what it's like for those numpties at universal credit! No childcare payments since June because they can't be bothered to decipher it. It is a total shambles.

I am a school administrator and we use school money for online payments. I really wouldn't recommend this company if you are looking to move to a cashless system. The system itself it very good and user friendly (hence the 2 stars otherwise it would be 1) but customer service is completely appalling. You will be lucky if you can speak to someone via phone. I left my personal phone on hold to them once and I was on hold for 1 hour and 32 minutes, to then be told sorry an agent is not available. And if its the start of a new academic year, you've got absolutely no chance getting a response for at least 2 weeks. We often have to approach a manager to get any support at all. I would strongly recommended you do your research on cashless systems before deciding to go with school money. We are tied in to a contract so unfortunately cant move to another company yet and it would be a shame for another school to be wrongly sold a great service. To summarise, system itself is good. Parents find it easy to use and staff can navigate easily but customer service is terrible

I’ve had the misfortune of using Eduspot to order school dinners and book after school club for many years. I’m always encountering problems with the login despite numerous emails to school and Eduspot. Apparently there are no issues....tonight it wouldn’t let me log in on my iPhone or iPad but using the SAME details it let me log in on my husbands android phone. I HATE this app, had nothing but hassle with it.

Their school dinners payment is shockingly awful. I have problems with logging almost every single time. Complained via email and never received a response. Terrible company, atrocious website, total disgrace.

this is the teachers2parent app for the schools but it does not work only shows me info message from 2013 .i have reinstalled this many times its useless as my daughter is disabled its vital to keep in contact with school
