Purchased a Knight layflat based on Edward's Creation description and marketing literature. Very big mistake! First, needed technical assistance to locate all of the electrical connections. They refused to return a phone call. Wanted me to create a video to send to them. One very simple question!! So, don't expect customer service! Second, this chair is by no means comfortable, especially if you plan to lay back and take a nap. There's a large gap between the seat and the back. There is also an elevation difference in the cushions at this location making it feel like you are laying on a large lump in the lumbar support area. The footrest also has two lumps, one on each side. Uncomfortable unless your legs are in the exact right location. Mine is about a month old and has began to creek and pop when reclining or sitting up. So, durability is already in question. My advise...don't walk away, RUN!!

The chair provides excellent support, and the lift function is incredibly helpful.

The Quad chair is spacious and comfortable, meeting my needs effectively. It was easy to set up and has worked flawlessly.

It was to easy set up, though a bit heavy, so i needed some help. The comfort level is fantastic, and the heat and massage functions work wonderfully. it has become my go-to spot for relaxation..

This power recliner was exactly what my husband wanted. He needed a wide seat that could recline flat and include heat and massage features. This recliner has it all, and he's very pleased with it!

Purchased lift recliner have been having trouble since about wk 3 calling does no good always unavailable. Have not received call back have sent pictures and video to lou and received same story every time that they didn't receive it. Will not purchase other chair from them because will not put up with the hassle to get anything repaired.

I was struggling to find the right chair until I came across Edward Creation. The chair I purchased has made a huge difference in my sleep quality. I ordered a sleeper recliner. It is the most awful chair to sleep or sit in. It’s hard as a rock! It does not recline flat like their description said. It is not as long and wide as the description either. This is Not an oversized chair by no means! But the super hard firmness is just awful! And these are suppose to be for elderly people? I think not!

The recliner I received was far from what was advertised. Supposed to be oversized plush. It is so hard I can’t sit on it and far from being plush. I have been fighting with them and they have offered to credit 100.00 and a free gel cushion. I stated that doesn’t fix chair and wanted them to pick it up. I am 71 and disabled so taking it apart is out of the question. They advised me i had to pay return shipping and packaging when they misrepresented the chair. Do not buy from these people. It has been a nightmare.

Dropshipped Chinese Garbage, they make you pay for the return shipping. The return cost ended up being about 500$.

As I am disabled, I really looked forward to receiving my light brown lift recliner that was supposed to lay flat. I received instead a dark Dark gray/black recliner. When I emailed Edward Creation to ask to be sent the right chair that I ordered I was instead insulted by the customer service rep who told me that I was sent the right chair, but that my chair just “looks” dark gray/black in various lighting! Black and light brown do not look confusingly different in various lighting. They refused to make the purchase right and simply refunded me $100 for my dissatisfaction, which I agreed to simply because I knew there was no way Edward Creation was going to send me the chair I ordered to replace the Wrong colored chair they sent me.

WORSE than the color being wrong is that the chair slopes down toward the footrest which doesn’t elevate to a comfortable height. And the massive gap between the backrest and seat of the chair created when you lay flat is so uncomfortable it took a week for my back to heal after sleeping in the chair one single night.

I’ve never been so disappointed in any furniture purchase I’ve ever made! I’ll never recover all of the $800+ I paid for this worthless junk so lesson learned! Never buy from this company. Ever!

Got a chair, just not the one we wanted, so tried to call and got put on old, then disconnected. when you call back, the area code you called from is not accepted. Wait an hour same thing happens. offered $100 off to keep the chair. have yet to see that. god forbid you cancel an order. they can not seem to return the money

2 to 3 day delivery Did not Happen

Received the Battery back up its still in the box, its a standard power strip with the battery back up, nothing special about it. (still in the box unopened have one of those already its a 2hour version).

Seller: Sent 2 emails, They Finally responded only after I told them that the fraud investigation would take place.

Shipper (fed-ex) had the chair for over a week, the chair was damage upon delivery, box was damaged, the power connectors (RED - WHITE connections) on the back portion of the chair where flattened, both had black tar on them.

I ended fixing them so the chair was usable.

Would not make the purchase again.

This company is a fraud. They shut their phone down and you can’t return a $700 chair from a 95 year old woman. Stay away! They will not provide a shipping label to return. And to return it costs more than the chair. Do not buy from these crooks. And their phone number no longer works.

my mom is 88 years old and needed a chair badly. Then , I came across of this website, they offer really good chairs. Their customer service is really good at helping us to choose the chair we need. After, we place the order it only take 5 days to arrive. Thank you so much.!
