Your order was placed after business hours on a Wednesday. We only ship products on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so they are not delayed in transit over a weekend, giving the products time to thaw and risk their safety.

Delicious product - TRUE Virginia ham
Delicious product - just the way true Virginia ham is supposed to. Not cheap but it's the real deal and quite lean so you're not paying for fat. Fast shipping. Will re-order.

Good and bad hams
The country ham was a hit and had good taste. The honey type ham was truly disappointing. It was a zero. Way overpriced.

This is my second review
This is my second review. I keep getting emails to review. The ham center took hours longer to get to temperature than suggested. I followed all of the directions. The ham did not taste the best. We ended up throwing it all out.
