We have received 6 boxes now, and my daughter has enjoyed every one! The crafts are engaging, and she loves learning more about the animals. The customer service team has also been helpful every time I reach out.

We have loved these boxes for awhile. Unfortunately due to costs, we had to pause our subscription for a few months. I just un-paused it and ordered this month's box. I got an email stating that it shipped 10 days ago, however, it only says "pre-shipment label created" and it was never actually shipped by the company. I have tried to contact the customer support for the company through email (3x), phone (2x), and through the chat feature on the website and I have gotten NO response for days. I am extremely disappointed and have received emails saying "Let us know how much you love the box" or "award winning customer service" but it just isn't there. At this point they took my $45 and I received nothing in return. I have canceled my subscription and will no longer support this company.

My daughter LOVES the edzoocation boxes! She is 12 and still enjoys the soft cute stuffed animals, the fact books and most especially the craft each month. Each month it’s a little different, and the diamond art dolphin was probably her favorite. Right now we are watching a sloth chia pet grow. I highly recommend.

We’ve been using edZOOcation for the past three months and our kids now race each other to the front porch when they know it’s been delivered! The quality of the stuffed animals is SURPRISINGLY great! And the books are quality, cute, and educational. We’ve made one of the recipes that has been sent in the box and it was delicious!! And crafts maybe their favorite part! Aside from the quality of the boxes… the customer service has been IMPECCABLE. I’ve called once just for a question/information and once for an incorrect order. Both times I got a PERSON on the phone immediately and both of them were SO friendly and helpful. They kindly resolved the incorrect order and were so professional throughout it. We’re asking for a yearly subscription as a Christmas gift for the kids this year! Highly recommend them!

My grandson loves the boxes. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend this to anyone that wants to educate there children.

Products were of a high quality, and delivery date was accurate.

I really appreciated that there were two stuffed toys (small &big) helps with having two kids. Also the learning book was fun to sit down and read to them. Being short informational clips helped!

So thrilled we got the frog!
My daughter is 2 and always super excited to open her edZOOcation box. The frog life cycle toys and of course the magazine really captured her attention for a while!

The packs are very informative, my grandkids absolutely love them.

The plush toy is a quality toy. The information about the animal is interesting to both my Granddaughter and myself! She loves her box each month! Customer service always answers when needed.

My daughter is obsessed with animals & absolutely loves her monthly subscription. Our favorite was the owl box & dissecting the owl pellet. It is a wonderful gift for any animal lover!
