I did the free style clinic back in Jan and it was awesome. It’s really helped my technique. I’ll be looking to book another coaching session in June.

I’ve bought several pairs of goggles and whilst they are great from a visibility and non leak perspective, I have found that they break quite easily. One pair I had, the rubber seal came off the plastic part of the goggle. A second pair I have, the plastic clip/tightener for the rubber strap snapped.

I love that Brenton provides free content in the videos and podcast that anyone can pick up a few tips. This helps build a strong international community of swimmers of all age ability and swimming goals.

I purchased the five day lesson package and the eight week lesson package. They were all very easy to follow and I was able to actually shave off some time from my hundred yard swim.

In the YouTube videos, and in the courses provided in Effortless Swimming, the way that Brenton gives instructions and the words he uses, makes it very easy to understand and translate into the water. I learned how to swim as an adult, and with Effortless Swimming, I have gone from a 2:30 pace to almost 2:00, and am still improving!
I also ordered and absolutely love the NanoClear goggles, and have had fellow swimmers ask me about them, too! They look as good as they work!!

I love the videos for the drills explaining clearly how to complete them properly.

The Nanoclear goggles are the best I've ever worn

I bought the strike goggles and they are fogging up already after a weeks use. Considering the price I am pretty upset especially after all of the marketing claiming it would not happen. Not very impressed to be honest.

Genuinely the best goggles I have ever used. Have used a few other brands during a few 70.3s and Busselton Jetty swims where they killed me with regular stops to defog or empty water because of leaks. Effortless swimming goggles arrived the week of Busselton Jetty and I wore them for the race and I didn't need to stop once and for the first time ever I could see the finish line from a good distance out.
More recently I bought my second pair (clear lens) wore them for first time in an Olympic distance tri that had some of the worst swim conditions I have experienced and again - absolute perfection. No leaks even with the force of the waves and no fogging.
Genuinely can't recommend these goggles more.

Goggles were very comfortable and performed as advertised in both the pool and ocean! Highly recommended!!

nano clear googles certainly lived up to being a great product. amount of use & how long should any pair of googles last before they continually fog is something l know little about. But these certainly have surpassed all my previous googles

Your videos are the best. I send all my lack luster new swimmers your way the videos are well done with the upper and lower x or ck . Now the goggles are another thing, they lasted about 4 months then the usual. I swim and coach 3 times the goggles just did CB not have the clarity over time that I think the purchase price deemed. I’m back with Speedo googles about 15-18 bucks less and last about as long. I’ve swum since eleven years of age and am 73 years old .

Excellent and practical advice for swimmers of all abilities. I’ve used the videos to help my own swimming and recommend many of them to the athletes I coach.
