Scam company. How in this day and age is fraudulent companies like this allowed to get away with taking innocent peoples money and get away with it and carry on advertising. So so wrong

This is Scam, they must be investigated by authority and punished them for doing fraudulent behaviour with people, I have placed my order after many months of waiting they saying its been delivered, when I raised a complain they asking me to pay more money for shipping cost but they not gonna refund my money, what a bunch of crazy people's, Instead of refund items money which I never received they asking me to pay more money, I will be reporting to the trading standards agency,they are scam, I wish.I read people's reviews before I place the order, please everyone if possible reporting to the trading standards agency,

My experience is the same. Tracked order until it was out for delivery. A week later tracking show order not found. Started liaising with the company via the email and got a response to give them time to investigate. I contacted again after 2 weeks and same as everyone else asking for $15 shipping cost. But doesn't acknowledge why my order won't show on the tracking. Clearly a scam.
The website needs to be taken down and others alerted about it. The company owners need to be held to account. How should we all do this? Start a petition?
Trust pilot needs to provide option for zero stars for these kind of companies

Made an order back in june which never arrived they then said they would deduct £15 shipment fee from what I paid but it was free delivery. Then reduced it to £12 which again i did not agree they the offered me 30% refund which again I did not agree I wanted 100% which is only right as I have not received goods I paid for. It is now 3 weeks later from when they agreed to refund and i am still to receive my refund. I would advise no one to order from the company they are a scam amd a rip off

Would not give 1 star but no choice. This is a fake website. They take your money. Provide a fake tracking number. Takes over 30 days then tracking says item delivered and it has not been. Customer service does not reply as fake email too. Scam website. Do not order. Going to contact my bank and report as fraud.

I have emailed several and get no reply Scammy robbing gits!!

SCAM — DO NOT ORDER

I placed my order with Eglesum on 7 July and followed the tracking throughout its journey. The delivery was extremely slow at every stage. From 4 August, the tracking showed my parcel as “out for delivery.” When it still hadn’t arrived, I first contacted Eglesum by email on 5 August, which is when my email correspondence with them began.

The tracking then remained showing as “out for delivery” until today, 14 August, when it suddenly changed to “delivered”, stating that it had apparently been delivered on 6 August. However, I have never received the parcel.

When I first contacted Eglesum, they were very apologetic and said they would investigate. They blamed the courier and, as other reviewers have mentioned, said I would need to pay a further $15.

I refused to pay anything further and requested a refund. They agreed to issue a refund, but since then they have stopped responding to my emails altogether.

I have now received neither my order nor the refund I was promised, and communication has stopped completely.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Please be extremely cautious before ordering from Eglesum.

My items never arrived and getting a full refund is impossible as they now want to charge me 15 dollars shipping, for free shipping on items that never arrived. I’m in the uk so paid in pounds!

If only we could give zero stars. Do not order anything from this website. They will provide you with a "full tracking history" which is completely fake. When you contact them they will give you customer service emails, but these are just to keep you waiting for goods that will never arrive. Luckily my credit card provider refunded the total cost. AVOID!

My experience with this fake company is much the same as the others who have reviewed, and I really wish I'd looked here first. I ordered 8th July, nothing received, mailed them, blamed the courier, mailed them again, blamed the weather, and again, this time it was holiday post, think they have run out of reasons now, I asked to refund, told me I had to pay £15 for postage when I didn't pay for postage and would only refund me £3,they said my item (ordered a few bits) was out of stock, said it would be back in stock in a few weeks if I wanted to wait. Didn't say which item it was. I reiterate what all these reviews say, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. One review said this company needs closing down and reporting, she is so right, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY, How do they sleep at night knowing they're ripping people off.

Ordered on 10th July still haven't received parcel keep getting pushed around everyone DO NOT ORDER

Order not arrived, refusing to refund, offering to resend if I cover €15, also out of stock now so wait another 25days roughly, After waiting since 5th July.

100% SCAM

I ordered a few items and asked where they were. Said they were lost in transit. Disgusting people. I have asked for a refund so just need to see what happens. Do not hold much hope after reading these reviews. There must be something we can do this stop these disgusting humans. Will be looking into it

Absolutely rubbish waited a month item did not arrive. They have said the item is lost and that I can have a refund AFTER the. £15 postage fee is deducted which is more than the cost of the item. Basically they have taken my money for nothing. DO NOT BUY

No goods received from order on 9th July it's now 8th august and fighting for a refund.

Scam company- BEWARE after a month. NOTHING received. Told the 1st order was signed for but couldn't provide any carrier information!

Ordered a couple of things 1 month ago.. no shipping updates, nothing. They just rakd your money, have tried to email.. no reply as yet. :(

I ordered some trousers from this website a month ago. Still not received my order. Tried contacting them few times no answer. These bastards are scammers. Don't buy anything from them. They are thieves.
