Recently I purchased a bagpack from here and its qualtiy was fab. I love it. Prices were reasonable and I really like the colour and qualtiy of the bag, I absolutely adore the bag.

I was looking for a rucksack without zippers because I am sick of them malfunctioning or being hard to zip/unzip at awkward times or when you have only one free hand. I was also looking for a roomy bag with a wide mouth. As well, I did not want one made from polyester or other similar material. Finding a bag that fit these criteria was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Finally, I came across the Malmo. After two weeks, I am very satisfied with it, not least because it looks cool and because it has no zippers and a wide mouth, but it is obviously sturdy as well. One of the snaps on a pocket buckle came off and Eiken Shop sent me two buckles to replace it, so now I have an extra. Much appreciated. It remains to be seen how durable it is. I would like it to last many years. But I definitely recommend it, especially to my fellow zipper-haters.

It's now April 2022. Sad to say the bag is not that durable. Little things on it break or tear. Can't recommend it for the long run.

I received the bag quite early (I live in France), with several layers of plastic to protect it. The colour (i chose the grey one) turned out more greenish than i expected but still OK. I love the amount of pockets and the bag isn't that heavy.
However, please note that the closing mechanism (the straps with buckles) are actually closed by magnets and the said buckles are just a decoration - closes well but not as safe.
Overall, i would recommend those bags but take note for those buckles - a friend of mine who chose a different bag had the same issue.

It is an excellent bag. So you can put something inside and go somewhere for put this something outside.

Great products, I love my backpack so much that I purchased a messenger bag within a few weeks. Both bags are great, there is so much attention to detail in the construction and very good quality.

Ein sehr schöner Rucksack. Ich habe ihn jetzt eine Weile getestet und mit in Island gehabt. Der Rücken könnte ein bisschen besser verstärkt sein, ansonsten ist der Rucksack genauso wie ich ihn mir vorgestellt habe. Sehr schön wasserabweisend und robust. Die Trageriemen sind für meinen Geschmack etwas breit, aber ich bin auch sehr schmal. Das Problem habe ich bei vielen Rucksäcken. Ein echter Hingucker, auf den ich oft angesprochen werde.
Ich würde ihn wieder kaufen!

I was looking for a bigger backpack than my old one and due to I´m going to start my studies in Vienna I thought it might be a good choice to start with a good style. What should I say, the style (and the quality of course) is on point thanks to the backpack. Love it!!

From the moment I opened the package, I fell in love with this bag. I use it everyday for my groceries, going to university and when I go on trips. The material was rough in the beginning, but when using it that will change quickly. Highly recommend this bag!

I lost this summer my previous and long kept travel bag and was looking for a suitable replacement for my next trip.
A friend of mine showed me Eikenshop and i was enthralled by the Kaori duffle bag, which seemed to perfectly fit my expectations.
I was a little bit worried by some negative comments here but after having read the "about us" section I contacted the owner and he was very helpful and accommodating.

I have been using the bag for a week now and it's beautiful, practical, and well-made !! I Totally recommend ! Eikenshop has a great collection !

Belle découverte de l’été, cette marque! N’étant pas sûre de la longueur des straps, j’ai pris contact avec le service client qui m’a rapidement informé et guidé dans mon choix. La qualité de mon nouveau sac est au top, le cuir semble résistant, et il est confortable: que je marche ou sois en vélo. Je recommande et acheterais avec plaisir d’autres choses de chez Eiken.

Great company, vintage and robust product . I received my Helsinki two days ago and I already in love with it ( my friends ) too. Nice fabrics , leather is top quality too ( was a bit worried about that point at first). Communication with the team was smooth. I recommend it.

I have to confess I really often buy online wich I know is not so good for locals business. This is why I was so happy to find this conscious shop who support small business. Even better, the customer service is excellent and I am more than happy with what I ordered, great quality and design. I highly recommend it without a doubt !

3ème achat chez Eiken shop et encore une fois j'en suis plus que ravie ! Non seulement la qualité des sacs que j'ai acheté sont encore mieux que ce que j'espérais (particulièrement le cuir) mais en plus de cela, le service est irréprochable.
