I ordered pajamas from Eileen West and had a problem with the shipping service delivering the package. I contacted customer service and they were wonderful with replacing my previous order so that it arrived before my vacation. While we were out of town the original package arrived about two weeks after the order was placed. Customer Service was just absolutely fantastic! Not only does Eileen West offer lovely quality items and now I know their customer service is also top notch! I will continue to shop and enjoy Eileen West!

I have been wearing Eileen West for 50 plus years now. I only buy and wear from this company. The fabrics wear so well and hold up for years after constant washes. I love the delicate styles and all cotton alternatives too. It looks delicate that you fear how will it hold up but I can vouch that the quality is so superior you will get years and years from Eileen West clothing. The customer service is also very superior as the name they sell. Thank you Eileen West for many many years of comfort and elegance .

The customer service person’s response to my issues was quick. She was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and I did not feel pressured.
She restated and clarified my problem, offered alternatives and we were able to resolve my issues to my satisfaction.
Eileen West offers a quality product at a reasonable cost. I have purchased from this company and the quality has remained consistent over the years!

Mia in customer service was very professional in assisting me in finding my package. It did arrive although in a spot I was not expecting it and her suggestion was helpful. Prompt and issue pleasantly resolved.

I bought my first Eileen west quilted robe several years ago at a local department store. It was on sale. I loved it. 100% cotton - so comfy and cozy. Eventually it started looking a little ratty so decided to replace it. I was thrilled when I found the website and what appeared to be the same robe. It was pricey! I’ve never spent over $100 for a robe before but since I loved it so much I went for it. When it arrived I was surprised that the fabric was different but decided to give it a try. First was 100% cotton, second -less than 75% cotton and rest polyester. I’ve had it for less than 6 months and it pulls terribly and little plastic threads keep pulling out. I am so disappointed by the lack of quality from my first and will never order again!

This was an absolute best ever ordering experience. The company cares about your having a great product-they take an extraordinary amount of personal pride in assuring that their customers are buying the best quality.

Received a catalog in the mail. Ordered 2 items. Sent back 1, should have sent back both... cheaply made products. I called the 800 customer service, could not get through. Followed procedure on line and sent item back. I took one additional step and sent an email to the company with copy of FEDEX receipt specifying the intent to RETURN... Guess what email posted on their website DOES NOT WORK! If I could attach a photo I would... I Will give them the opportunity to get my package, and refund... Otherwise next step is contacting CC CO. and FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

I have been purchasing Eileen West gowns and robes for years. Recently bought a robe and gown from two different vendors. The quality is no longer there. Cheap material. No pockets in the gown anymore. Made in China. The robe was so long I cut the ruffle off. They use to be the perfect length. Never purchasing from them again,

I bought three nightgowns from the company, the email that I got has the price for 3 and the confirmation for one. I am really worried about the order. The link to track the order does not work, I cant get customer service to respond. I have sent emails and try their message. So far a very bad experience

This company does not respond to emails. They do not process cancelations over the phone or email. They have terrible customer service in general and their quality has slipped with the use of scratchy fabric and overpriced charges given the degradation of their quality.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The quality of their gowns has been greatly reduced but not the price. They are thin and rough now. And I returned 3 gowns but this company only refunded me for ONE, the cheapest one, after deducting a $3 return shipping fee lol They won't answer the phone and do not respond to emails so they screw you. Even Paypal won't refund the whole amount after eileenwest ignores THEIR inquiry. Don't get screwed by this company. Buy from amazon.
