ekinect Reviews

Very helpful and a quick response

My knowledge of solar installations and batteries was virtually zero. Sam explained everything to me very patiently. He was clear, concise and visited site before anything was installed. He also sent a team of roof specialists at least twice, while we had a large scaffold erected.

The install was stress-free and smooth. Batteries up and running in garage, with a phone app explained and a supplier tariff recommended based on our needs and consumption. We export to the grid when we are creating surplus energy (amazing!)

All in all a superb service from start to finish. Reasonably priced and a lovely bloke too. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

Many thanks.

The communication and service was great. They were able to install much sooner than I was expecting and did a great job. I am very happy with everything.

My experience with ekinect was absolutely first class from start to finish .

Outstanding quality of product , installed in an efficient and professional way. Customer service and both before and after care second to none.

Ekinect saved me! I had been speaking to Sam for months who patiently helped me to understand the benefits of different products and what would be best for my home, but I didn't work with him initially because I wanted to work with a larger, more established solar provider. After signing up with the large firm and then being let down by them months later, I reached out to Sam again and my panels and battery were installed within less than a month. Sam and his team were fantastic, explaining everything every step of the way! My only regret is that I didn't sign up with him in the first place. I have already recommended Ekinect to my family and friends.

Really pleased with my EV Charger. Great to deal with Sam from ekinect, very responsive, honest, professional.
Highly recommended.

Very professional and competitive prices, very good communication

Had solar panels installed. Sam kept me informed of all work required. Scaffolders were proffesional and quick. Insatllers wer excelent hard working and cleaned up all the mess before leaving. Sam was exceptional in holding my hand through all the installation and setting up the App. Saving between 60 to 70 percent on my electric bills and it is not even summer. Excelent sevice, can thoroughly recomment them.

I recently had solar panels installed by Ekinect, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain the whole process, from energy savings to maintenance, and answered all of my questions with patience.

The installation crew was punctual and respectful of my property, and they completed the job ahead of schedule. I was impressed by how quickly they worked without compromising on quality.

I also appreciate the excellent customer service—whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and offered clear, helpful guidance.

Overall, I highly recommend Ekinect for anyone considering solar energy. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident.

Thank you!!!

I was very happy with the service and quality provided by Sam at Ekinect who carried out a recent solar panel installation at a property I manage! Having rang around many companies Sam responded promptly to my messages/questions and asked me lots of relevant questions since we were having to replace a system already in situ. I found him to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I understood the benefits and the technical details. The installation hit a bit of a bump on the way but this was immediately resolved and the installation was completed as scheduled. Sam and his colleague were punctual and respectful of our property, and the area they worked in. It was clear they took pride in their work, which showed in the careful setup and testing to ensure everything was working at maximum efficiency. Price wise they were competitive so that coupled with the exceptional customer service I received made these guys stand out above all others.
If you're considering going solar, look no further. This company combines top-notch expertise with genuine care for their clients, making the entire experience stress-free and rewarding. Highly recommended

Sam and eKinect as a whole were fantastic. We had a flat roof of unknown weight bearing capacity. Also I requested an unusual set up. Sam took care of the problems and now I have a fully commisioned and signed off 5KW system. Would strongly recommend, very good value.

I was looking for a company that would install optimizers for solar panels on my property, Ekinect, took on the task, the gentlemen did it efficiently and quickly. I recommend to everyone

It all went seamlessly from start to finish! Three comprehensive quotes giving me 3 options to choose from. Ten day lead time before scaffolding went up & install started the day after.

Two days to install solar panels, Inverter & batteries and it went off without a hitch!
