Update: Following my initial review, the company's founder reached out to me directly to resolve the issue. After a detailed discussion, management stepped in and processed a full 100% refund. I appreciate the brand's leadership taking accountability and finally making things right.

I placed an order months ago and it never arrived. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. I have been chasing them for weeks and they completely ignore my emails. They have my money and I have no products.

Contacted the company many times as they say they offer a money back guarantee and have not received any replies, they are just ignoring my emails. Worst experience ever!

I've been using the Ekmi Veda Hair…
I've been using the Ekmi Veda Hair Serum and Hair Oil religiously for the past 1.5 months, and I am genuinely impressed with the results. The biggest difference I've noticed is new hair growth around my hairline and temples—areas where I had started to see noticeable thinning and recession.
My hair feels healthier, stronger, and looks fuller overall. I've also noticed less shedding when brushing and washing my hair. The oil is lightweight, the serum absorbs well, and neither leaves my hair feeling greasy.

I'm a student of 23 years of age having serious hairfall problem from crown region and also hair thinning. I have used many products and drained money.
I'm currently trying the oil and serum, but for the amount the quantity is small. And its still falling, so I dont see the magical transformation that was advertised for this quantity .
If I were to see any slightest of change then i would happily buy more products from you.

Regarding the size of the bottles, I wanted to share a quick tip that might change your experience. Because our products are highly concentrated and designed specifically for scalp health, they are meant to be applied only to the roots rather than the full length of the hair. Whether your hair is short or very long, the amount needed remains the same because the "magic" happens at the scalp level.
If you find that your hair texture feels "off" or that you are running through the bottles quickly, it leads me to believe we might just need to tweak your application technique. Applying the products to the hair lengths instead of the scalp can sometimes make long hair feel heavy or dry, and we can totally fix that for you!

The product didn't work for me. That's not the reason for 1 star.
After the consults, they wanted me to buy more serum and as it is, it's not working for me.
Customer service went cold after contacting then and asking for a refund as per their policy

Poor response time.
I told them to change my shipping address even before it was shipped. I left three emails as soon as I made the order, and they still shipped the order to the wrong address.
Still no response.
Disappointed how when companies get their money, they become so nonchalant about the customers.
Update, while they were slow in response initially, I received personalised email apologising for the delay and they timely updated they address. Will further increase the rating after I have actually received the products and used them.

Hair fall issue seen significant downturn
Hair fall has been an issue for me for so long that I'd almost given up. Then I learnt that it might be due to changing water (bcz of me living in different locations). Within 2-3 weeks I've seen a reduce in my hairfall and got me into haircare. Highly recommend to try it and wait to see results.
