Although all of your plants arrived here in great condition, when I repotted them I found that most of them were very pot bound.

Hi Hazel, etlingeras don't mind being tight in the pots. They were all grown outside in Full FNQ sun without shadecloth. If they weren't happy, they would not have arrived in great condition. The cost of posting plants is tied to the size so I'm afraid we can't send things in large pots and subsidize postage at the same time. We hope you understand.

There was total customer care
There was total customer care, letting me know of any holdups, and then offering help on where to find assistance, if I needed any. The plant I ordered (a madinilla magnifica) was well packaged. It reached me in good order and is doing very well.

Thank you for the review Chris, don't overwater over winter but you'll want to keep a little humidity up and spray every couple of weeks with something like seasol. They are cutting grown plants so should flower for you in a few months! Hope to see you again!

My plants have arrived in good condition and delivery took about a week
All the Bee hive gingers,Tahitian gingers ,Jungle giant gingers I have repotted and are settling in well.
How ever the Kiss of death seems to be struggling it's early days so i'm just keeping an eye on them.
Can you give me any suggestions on future care for them.

Hi Kate, there's a plant care section on the website that has basic information but really aside from all that I think keeping your plants warm as they establish into their pots is important, a shadehouse/hothouse would be best going into winter. Costus shoot from the bottom so the old stems will not reshoot. Kiss of Death isn't a particularly cold hardy costus, it'll definitely need a little extra care down there. Good Luck and we also have blog articles on the website intended for NSW and Vic peeps that highlights some of the more cold tolerant plants we sell.

Excellent Customer Service
These guys went above and beyond to make sure that I got my plants on time. Silly me didn't read the cutoff time properly when I placed my order for a few trees, and they were due to leave the following week. As they were meant as a birthday gift, I rang and explained the situation and they made sure that my plants got on that weeks truck instead of the following week. They not only arrived on time but were in great condition. Needless to say myself and the person who received them as a gift were absolutely thrilled. Highly recommend :)
