From the moment I booked, I knew we were in safe hands, but the service we received on our wedding day exceeded every expectation.

She arrived with plenty of time to spare, was incredibly professional, warm and caring, and instantly put me at ease. Weddings can be emotional and nerve-racking, but she kept me calm, reassured me throughout the journey, and made sure everything went perfectly smoothly. It meant more than she’ll ever know.

After our ceremony, as the newly married Mrs & Mrs, we were welcomed back with the sweetest surprise – a lovely bottle of fizz for us to toast our marriage. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one we’ll always remember.

ECC was welcoming, considerate, professional, approachable and friendly.

The vehicle was spotless and comfortable, we were notified of the car being on the way and then here for pick up, our luggage was collected from our door and we were offered water.

On the way home, as we had flown in from a holiday at 1am extremely tired. Neil shared his location with us which made the process of finding the vehicle straight forward.
We were then lent blankets and pillows for the journey home and offered water (still or sparkling) and heated seats if we wished.

Overall a smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish.

Neil provided transport to take our guests back to various accommodations in and around Eskdale after our daughter's wedding. All the drivers were personable, utterly reliable and sustainable too. It made the end to the evening stress free and our guests were all happy. Very many thanks.

My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of being driven around England by Neil during our anniversary trip, and I can honestly say he made our vacation far more special than we ever expected.

His knowledge of the countryside, history, and hidden local spots turned what could have been simple travel days into some of our favorite memories of the trip. We especially loved our visit to Lake Windermere, and the the Honister Slate Mine, which was not even on our original itinerary. We can’t wait to receive our personalized slate house and family plaques!

I first contacted Neil about a short transfer from our home to a Carlisle hotel to catch an onward journey by coach to Southampton. Neil was quick to respond and get us booked in at a reasonable and comfortable price, we didn’t feel ripped off at all. The transfer was undertaken by Neil himself at nothing but the best service, we got live updates via text of the progress prior to pickup, got us to Carlisle in plenty of time. Our comfort was Neil’s ultimate priority, with water available for us. Then collection a week later was fabulous, on time and got us home in ultimate comfort. Travelling in style, you will be treat like royalty. Neil was fantastic: professional, friendly, on time, and willing to go the extra mile.

Neil and his team drove us between the train station and the Langdale Chase Hotel. On our final night one of our group accidently left something at the hotel and Neil picked it up and mailed it to them. Great experience will use again next time we are in the area!

Neil was awesome. He and his team met us at the train station and got us comfortably to our hotel. We had an insane amount of luggage and they made sure to have an extra car so we’d be comfortable.

Then, when we left, I forgot something at the hotel. Neil went back, picked it up, and shipped it to me. Talk about going the extra mile! Fantastic service; would never go with anyone else in Cumbria.

Neil and his team did a fabulous job of looking after us on a business weekend at Lake Windermere. The cars were waiting for us as we arrived at Oxenholme station and at our hotel to return us to the station at the end of the weekend, as well as on hand to take us to and from a dinner at a local restaurant. The electric cars were extremely clean and comfortable. Neil couldn’t do enough for us. Overall - reliable, comfortable and friendly. Thank you.

I needed a transfer from Workington Station into my camping at Ennerdale. Despite my train from Carlisle being cancelled, Neil was still able to get me into the valley giving me time to get straight up into the fells! Reliable AND flexible! And the smoothest of drivers! Thank you, Neil!

I was in one of these cars last weekend as part of a wedding party. What an amazing service! Beautiful cars (the twinkly ceiling was perfect for entertaining the small bridesmaids), and fantastic service. Even when we had to run out to retrieve a lost item, they stopped willingly - nothing was too much bother. Would definitely use them again.
