If you want your items quickly do not pay for next day or especially Saturday or Sunday delivery because it never arrives on time - in fact dpd delivers slower than the 48 hours royal mail free delivery option. Despite contacting them I never get refund of postage

I have been buying from here for 5 years. They are excellent. From ordering to delivery, you cannot ask for a better company. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

I used them for the first time after experiencing several problematic orders with Ploom UK.
I placed an initial (small) order with Electronic Tobacconist to test and it was perfect!
Reasonable prices and effortless ordering and delivery! Would recommend.

Ordered 2 and thought I would buy 0% nicotine after I received the ecigs, Hoxton classic buy the way.
Couldn't find any zeros so contacted customer service to be told that they don't have zeros. I'm now stuck with 2 absolutely useless ecigs that haven't even been out of the box.

The site is so easy to find your way around.

Delivery was within 48 hours! Other company's promise 48h delivery but very few can actually do it.

Tried to re-order, quantity wrong, price wrong, no telephone support AT ALL, Not ideal for those less familiar with online/computer ordering, I requested an agents help and told NO SUPPORT VIA PHONE.
IM NOW A FORMER CUSTOMER.

Been using this company for over a year now. I have never had anything but a perfect experience. Have ordered devices and heated tobacco, always delivered extremely fast and free! Excellent service as always from Electric Tobacconist. Unfortunately, they are being let down by the companies delivering their products, namely, DPD, and, worst of all, Royal Mail.
Once again, delivery of my order is overdue. Received notification it would be delivered yesterday 17th, no it wasn’t. So, then expected it to be delivered today 18th, surprise surprise no delivery yet again!
This is not an isolated issue and is happening more & more.

I want to say how great these are for my use good value for money and good quality

One of the best places to purchase from by far, even with standard delivery I have made a purchase very late on a Friday night they ship it on Saturday at open hours and I receive my parcel on the Sunday. A+++++ seller.

I placed an order at 6pm with free delivery, and it somehow arrived the next morning. I don't know how they did that, but I'm choosing to interpret it as sorcery

Really rate these guys, fast dispatch and delivery and their customer service is great, they get straight back to you when you message them and are very helpful. I had a couple of bad vape pods and they refunded me straight away. Spot on!
