Vizio sound bar
The sales person was very knowledgeable, but the sound bar that I wanted, they didn't have in stock, so they sold me the display, but they only knocked $10 off the price, I think for a display they should have knocked off more, there was no box or any instructions with it, so I really didn't feel good about the price, also there was no warranty information

ALL employees I dealt with were very nice. the installation guys were nice, quick, polite, my only draw back is without seeing the appliance full at the store, its hard to tell interior size, tho the paper says its larger then the one being replaced, once you start to get your stuff in, its actually smaller. I have much less room in the fridge then I had with the old one

They play games. They do not stand behind what they sell. You will regret trusting them. You will be left on your on without recourse.
DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG high end tv any where!
You will experience picture failure. Sound failure, pixilation, unwanted channel changes, loss of video while sound continues.
When you finally get a Samsung tech visit, the issues will continue, and get worse after they leave.
Electronic Express will not replace your high end product if defective.
4 month battle for a working 2700.00 tv ongoing.

I received attention and help as soon as I walked in the door! Very friendly and kind. When I returned to pick up my merchandise they quickly loaded it in my car for me! Great customer service!!!

Good Customer Service
Sales Person was knowledgable and helpful. Our refigerator quit working and they could delive new one in 3 days which was fastest of 3 places that I went to purchase one. The two men that delivered the Refrigerator were exceptional and very careful in taking the old one out (removing all handles on it) and taking front door off the hinges to avoid scraching it. They were very careful bringing new one in and setting it up.
Delivery was frustrating.
Bought a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The first attempt at delivery the crew was uncomfortable trying to put the refrigerator in the house. Understandable so they rescheduled. However, the store manager was extremely rude to my wife and me saying the delivery crew can get the refrigerator in the house. I told him to take it up with them. Second delivery attempt I took off work for and the refrigerator was left off the truck so a third delivery was necessary. An issue with the dishwasher was resolved during the second delivery. Salesman in store was very courteous and attempted to help with the refrigerator and dishwasher issue. All delivery personnel were very professional.

Dishonest
I called about a MacBook and the employee told me he would sell me the display for a discounted price. When the man assisting me in store checked out the computer, I asked if the laptop was at the discounted price. He reassured me that it was. I leave and look at the receipt and he did not give me the price promised. I immediately walked back in and the man working the register gave me the money back I was overcharged. The manager put in his code without an apology or even looking me in the eye, which makes me believe they wanted to get away with it.

Well the first time they tried to deliver, the refrigerator was broken. Second time the men did not know how to install the ice maker also sent a message to the company, (which I saw the message) telling them will need a longer ice maker line and someone to install the ice maker since theydid not know how. The third time no call to let me know they were close. When they showed up, earlier than scheduled and I was surprised. It was the dame guys that did not know how to install the week before and they did not bring a longer ice maker line that would fit. When the guy called to find out about the line not being sent they said they do not carry any longer than 8 foot long. Why were we not informed of this or the guys coming out not informed of this??????? I have had to give up 3 Saturdays and still the problem is not solved. My time is money and should be refunded money since you have cost me money and still do not have our ice maker installed and told we would have to spend money to go get a ice maker line and valve that they do not have. Why werewe not told any of this when we bought the refrigerator or why did someone not call us when they knew all of this from the delivery guys telling them???

Selection and availability of appliances, also quick delivery. We had shopped at the usual Lowe's and Home Depots and they either didn't have in stock or locally at other branches and "IF" in warehouse would take 7-10 days delivery. Just disappointing dealing with the big mega-chain stores anymore.
