I love the tablet! It was easy to review which one I wanted on the website and order for pickup. I think customer service is most important. I just don’t feel as though it was provided well when I arrived to the store to pick up my order. It’s because of customers that we all have a job. The reason a company exists.

I entered an online order that my wife could pick up while in town, as we live several miles out in the country... (order EEXP10005259)
A few hours later the store did not have record of the purchase/pickup, even when provided with my order number... This was early afternoonish.
The store itself initiated an investigation and found the order was held up in the Fraud Dept... so about 7:30 that night the store manager contacted me that the order could be picked up now, but there was no way that we could get there by closing time. We ended up making an extra trip to town to pick it up the next day... Kudos to the store manager for his efforts to get me taken care of, but my efforts to create efficiency by utilizing what should be a straightforward and efficient process was foiled by the rapscallions in the Fraud Dept. Why not just call me? Its good that fraud possibilities are reviewed, but it was a very simple single item purchase... I dunno. It all worked out in the end, and this store is still my go to store. Thanks!

This time was great, but not long ago I vowed not to ever purchase anything from Electronic Express. I bought a computer and returned it the next day as y and the smart Alec young man charged me $65 to return it. It was a gift that was totally wrong for the benefactor. I’m still very hesitant to purchase from E E.

Quality products, easy shopping experience, delivered on time, and with no hassle. Electronic Express was the only store in our area that had Speed Queen washers and dryers. Speed Queen is the only brand worth buying now and Electronic Express has brands the big box stores will not carry because of whatever deals they make.

We just moved to Gallatin from Scottsdale AZ.

My son-in-law bought his Samsung 75" TV from your store so I went and bought 2 of the same for our new home in Gallatin.

Everyone was nice, the their ENTHUSIASM was low. I told them from the start I knew exactly what I wanted and showed them the exact model and asked them NOT TO TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING ELSE. That did no good.

They seemed all 4 or 5 of the employees, not to want to leave the cash register area and walk down to the TV's and then wanted to discuss other model. I did not appreciate it, and reminded him NOT to make any suggestions.

I told him I had 21 Samsung TV's in my last home and I loved them and have no interest in buying anything other than the model I showed him on my iPhone. He back off and went to work.

I wanted them delivered AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. And also wanted them installed if they had a day in the next few days, and if not my son-in-law would do it. I didn't want him to have to as he is very busy.

I reiterated whether or not they could install them I WANTED THEM DELIVERED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It seemed to go in one ear and out the other.

Now regarding the delivery. I did get the TV's the following day. The delivery guys came from North Carolina I believe he told me. THEY WERE GREAT. One of the guys carried a TV by himself (super strong) and handled himself and the other man was also a very good worker. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

Back to the store associates for a moment. I did witness a couple other customers come in. One wanted a refund and another something else. The team seemed to handle them fine. That was nice. They were very nice to me, JUST POOR LISTENERS.

I would consider doing business with you again in the future, even though all of my electronics have come from BEST BUY. I do appreciate convenience and your store in Gallatin is only a mile or two from me.

One more thing. Your questions below are crazy. Why would you ask me which store. You know the answer better than I do???
